    This hotel is nothing fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff are unfailingly friendly. A buffet breakfast is included, which was good. The location is right across from Parkmall, so you have lots of dining options, plus another mall full of restaurants next door. This location would be ideal for someone who has to get to the airport in the morning.

    Over the service is good the room aircon is functoing well. Can you put a complentary coffee or tea in the room.

    The comfort room is outdated and needs some renovation — leaking shower, small shower space, clogged drainage and there’s also a certain smell that comes out of it. The bed itself is just okay, but they only provide one pillow so you need to request for an extra one. They clean the room everyday, but don’t replace the towels unless you request for it, which we think should be the standard practice? There's a grocery, pharmacy, convenience stores, and restaurants surrounding the area — Rico’s Lechon is walkable (2-3mins)
