The staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is good value for money.
The hotel gets really full so the wait for the elevators and for front desk services can take a while.

Same location as our convention.
The room was too cold ! Ambient temperature whether you turn the aircon on or off is around 16-18C . The engineers were unable to do anything. My room was on the 18th floor. I kept my door partially open most of thebtime because the hallway was much warmer. The conventionnhall was okay. Just the room.
