    Just across the VFS building, a minute walk and you’re there. Several minutes away from malls. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Older hotel so manage your expectations on facilities. Window type ac, no netflix, watermarks on bathroom fixtures. Still a very convenient stay.

    I purposely booked this hotel as we have an appointment in VFS. It's just a few steps away the location in District Bonifacio you can see it through the wall glass from their restaurant where we had our breakfast buffet. Their foods are the best 600 per head it's reasonable. I didn't regret I got standard twin room it has a fridge I Could day is the best place and the room is spacious. I highly recommended thisCITI PARK HOTEL Cebu

    Here’s a more polished but firm version: This pertains to my recent experience with the service at Citi Park Hotel. I found the hotel’s guest policy unnecessarily strict, especially considering that we properly checked in and provided the names of the guests who would be using the room. From the very beginning, I clearly informed the hotel that the room would be used for makeup, dressing up, and preparations before an event. Unfortunately, despite being transparent about this arrangement, my guests were not allowed to come up to the room. I understand that hotels have security policies and house rules, but there should also be reasonable flexibility, particularly when guests have been properly identified and the purpose of their visit has already been disclosed in advance. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since the room was specifically booked for this purpose. Had we been clearly informed beforehand that registered visitors would still not be permitted to go up, we could have simply chosen another hotel with a more accommodating policy. Good hotel service should not only be about enforcing rules, it should also involve clear communication, reasonable accommodation, and making paying guests feel welcome rather than unnecessarily restricted.
