It’s a place to sleep during a short trip to the beach

Location is the best part about this Room. And the person replies and tries to fix your problems quickly. 👍 Pet friendly While booking please note that this is just a bedroom with a fridge. Do not plan to cook. There is no cooking facilities even though they say “kitchenette “. Upon asking why there is no cooking arrangement, the guy arranged a stove. But cooking is not allowed it seems. You can make a salad and store your fruits or beer in the fridge. Cafe and grocery store Netto in the immediate vicinity. Its a good place to visit the beach and just sleep.

Even though description says kitchenette, cooking is not expected in this room. It was a mistake in the description it seems.There are no pans or what so ever. Pillows are very thin If you are lucky you can find free parking, if not you need to pay and park in the nearby building which has paid parking . They have different rooms under same booking i guess. The wifi details which was sent when I made the reservation was incorrect . There are some confusions. Laundry is not possible.

The landlord is a great guy :) The apartment is near the huge great park and the beach (but it's too far from the center of the city)

There is some HARD-TO-SEE FEE of 100 PLN (about 25 EUR) that is not shown directly in the Booking app. You can see it under the "Pricing info" link only. It's said that this is "Cleaning fee". But guess what? There wasn't a single cleaning during our stay. The room is much smaller than on the photos. The kitchen is only the small table + kettle and dishes. You're supposed to clean dishes in the small bathroom sink. The kettle is really old, cheap and full with encrustation (take a look at the photo attached) When you open the door to the bathroom, you have no chance to walk to the kitchen, because the aisle is too narrow, the same is true for the window - it takes a lot of space when open. It was very hot to sleep some nights because there was no air condition in the room.

Если ваша цель отдых на море, то это идеальный вариант. Уютная квартира-студия в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы через парк до моря. Прекрасная инфраструктура: несколько супермаркетов, торговый центр, кафе, остановки транспорта. Современная многоэтажка, продуманное зонирование, всё необходимое для проживания - до мелочей, как на кухне, так и в ванной комнате. Хозяин всегда на связи и готов решать любые проблемы.

Все же стоит упомянуть, что для любителей спать с открытыми окнами это будет проблематично из-за оживленной и шумной улицы внизу. Все остальные возникающие бытовые вопросы решаются хозяином тут же.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie.

Blisko do parku, morza, pobliskich sklepów, dobra lokalizacja, winda, pozytywna komunikacja z właścicielem.

Niewygodna kanapa, pościel i poduszki miały dziwny zapach, apartament trochę przestarzały, stój, który był w pokoju, ma już swoje lata, apartament trochę przymały na 3 osoby dorosłe.

Допрацювання недоліків

Сполобалось розташування близько до пляжу 15 хв.гарний парк.Поруч багато магазинів різних як з продуктами харчуванням так і з одягом, а також різні кафе.

В кімнаті дуже жарко, нема кондиціонера хочаб, якийсь вентилятор.Вікна виходили на дорогу , постійний шум машин аж до 01:00 ночі.Постіль яка була на дивані постійно скручувалась під час сну це не зручно, потрібно давати постіль на ризинки, щоб не злітала.Посуда в кухні різна та стара а також була не чиста перед тим як почати щось готувати ,я перемила всю посуду.А електрична плитка це був індивідуальний квест.Ми десь 15 хв.не могли зрозуміти як її включити добре ,що були поруч сусіди і нам допомогли її включити.Думаю потрібно залишити якусь інструкцію ,щоб розміти як включати .Є деякі недоліки тому власнику потрібно допрацювати, щоб клієнти були задоволенні у перебуванні цих апартаментах.
