Great location, but serious issues with payment and management

The apartment is close to the sea and located in a secure area. It has underground parking and is well equipped for both short and long stays: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, and other useful appliances are provided.

There is a general lack of maintenance. In the main bathroom, some lights didn’t work and the sink faucet didn’t function properly (the bathtub faucet was fine). In the guest toilet, the sink drained very slowly. The drying rack on the balcony was completely rusty — hanging clothes on it would leave stains. The chairs on the balcony were worn out, with dirty cushions, which made sitting there unpleasant. However, the biggest issue was the unprofessional behavior of the apartment’s administration. I would like to warn all international guests: you may be charged much more than the amount shown during booking. We paid 60 EUR more than expected because: a) the payment was not processed by Booking.com, but directly by the rental company; b) the amount was converted by an external Polish provider, Polcard, using Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). When I asked for an explanation, the administration replied: "Currency preferences for payment should be reported to us before withdrawing funds. On Booking, there is a tab for this: 'special request' when making a reservation." This is quite strange, since nowhere in the Booking.com confirmation or invoice is it stated that guests must declare their preferred currency through the “special requests” field — a section usually used for arrival times or extra pillows, not legal opt-outs from hidden fees.So, if you are booking from outside Poland and don’t have a PLN bank account — be ready to overpay. Overall, I was unpleasantly surprised that Booking.com shares card details with property managers and allows them to charge guests through external companies without proper transparency.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location!

Location is perfect. Entrance to the beach is just across the street. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable, lots of open space, two balconies, extra closet in the hallway. You can the apartment is not brand new but very clean and comfy. I struggled with WiFi at the beginning but was provided with another one which worked just fine. Super nice and very helpful staff. I can fully recommend the place for short as well as the longer visit in Gdańsk.

Clean, nice, modern place. With a lot of space! Great location - next to the sea:)

There were no info about how to get wi-fi. So we had to find the router ourselves. For other guests - the right router is located in the next to the entrance door in the white cupboard.

Cicha lokalizacja blisko morza.

Mieszkanie robi się już stare i nie jest na bieżąco odświeżane. Odpadająca farba ze ścian, popękana umywalka, obskurny dywan przed wejściem. Czystość apartamentu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia m.in. kominek brudny, nieopróżniony po użytkowaniu, lepiący się pilot do TV oraz mnóstwo drobiazgów w salonie, których nie powinno być w apartamencie gdzie przyjechaliśmy z dziećmi np. śrubki, połamane muszelki i wszędobylski brud. Do tego wyposażenie: apartament teoretycznie przeznaczony na 6 osób posiada 3 łyżeczki i 5 kubków i 1 filiżanka, kieliszki do wina, ale już bez korkociągu. Generalnie widać, że nikt nie przykłada reki do jakości jeśli chodzi o standard tego miejsca. Nie polecamy!

Problémy kazící celkový dojem

Opravdu velký, prostorný apartmán vhodný i k dlouhodobým pronájmům. Pokoje i vybavení čisté. Každá ložnice má svůj balkon. Areál střežen při vjezdu i odjezdu. Kousek od moře.

Chodilo dost automatickych zpráv, ale jak se dostat do pokoje ne, i když jsme uvedli čas příjezdu. Unavení z cesty jsme museli čekat a několikrát volat, jak se vůbec dostat do pokoje. Opravdu mě víc zajímá, jak se dostanu do ubytování, než jestli si mohu pronajmout kolo. Později zjištěno, že z ubytování volali, měla jsem zmeškaný hovor, ale pouze jednou a z čísla bez jakékoliv předvolby, takže na taková čísla zpět nevolám a i když jsem napsala, že jsem na příjmu nikdo nevolal. Poprvé telefon od nás nikdo nevzal, na zprávy na bookingu nereagoval až po minimálně půl hodině od avizovaného příjezdu jsme se podle pozdě poslaneho navodu dostali na pokoj, ale na to, že si strhávají zálohu 500 PLN, aby se nic nepoškodilo, tak by apartmán měl být v perfektním stavu a ne s mnoha drobnými vadami...v tomto případě má dojít k osobnímu předání a ukázání vad. Je pak lepší si vše vyfotit a natočit, aby nebyla stržena záloha za to, co jsme my nepoškodili. Objednali jsme si snídani, čehož jsme litovali, protože bylo striktně řečeno, že ji na apartmán přivážejí mezi 9:30-10:30, což je dost dlouho pokud chcete jet na nějaký výlet a například některé lodi pak máte problém stihnout. Měla by být i jasně daná instrukce pro příjezdu, co nahlásit na vrátnici, aby vás pustili. Pokud lokalita vyhlíží luxusně a apartmány se tak prezentují, pak by tomu měla odpovídat i skutečnost a apartmán by se měl předávat v perfektním stavu nebo nevyžadovat zálohu. Jsou to pak drobnosti...mnoho drobností, které kazí celkový dojem...že je to jen hra na luxus, který ale té ceně neodpovídá poskytovanými službami ani stavem vybavení.
