Квартира потрясающая,видовая прямо на море!Чистое белье,при заезде было чисто,новая губка и новая тряпочка на кухне.
Снимая эту квартиру,нужно понимать,что она на первой линии с потрясающем видом,Но(!)шумно ночами из за близости набережной :одну ночь с 3 до 5 утра играли в волейбол,вторую ночь с 3 до 5 пели грузины,третью ночь «молодеж ржала,как кони».Если вы любите идеальную тишину ночами,то тут нужно смотреть…..

Прекрасное расположение, близко к морю, и удобно добираться в старый город. В апартаментах чисто.
Несколько дней не было газа в доме, сложно мыть ребенка. Но отсутствие газа - не зависит от хозяина, во многих районах Батуми не было газа.

The location and the view to the sea were great. the doorman who recived us was friendly and understanding.
The building is extremely old and ugly. the pictures do not correspond to reality. The beds are not very confortable and the checking time is not as flexible as it says here, we had to wait for hours outside until we could enter but only gave us 30 min to leave.
