Appartamento ampio, pulitissimo, non manca assolutamente nulla. Cocina molto ben attrezzata. Silenzioso. Letto molto comodo. Asciugamani e biancheria da letto impeccabili. È stato meraviglioso svegliarsi e ascoltare gli uccelli. Ricco assortimento per la colazione. Ottima posizione fuori città. Molto facile raggiungere le diverse attrazioni turistiche.
Signore Lino è stato gentilissimo e disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Signore Lino è una persona davvero
speciale e lo è anque la signora Marina.

Very friendly and welcoming host, we did not speak Italian and host did not speak English but that did not prevent a warm welcome using translation apps to explain how everything worked. On-site parking, ease of access and for us the location provided easy access to roads to National Parks etc and. Grocery store 5 min drive away. The property was spotless and as a basement apartment lovely and cool but no real mountain view. Well equipped in kitchen with lots of essentials that can be missing with less thoughtful hosts.
Perhaps comfier seating in lounge but not an issue if you are out most of the day. A curtain over the bedroom window to cut out light would be helpful.

Functional and very spacious apartment - furnished with everything you might need in your stay (big fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine + all the necessary for cooking / both a washing machine and a dishwasher / additional blankets and pillows).
The view is great - exactly as shown in the pictures - and since there's a table right out of the door you can have dinner while looking at the GranSasso :)
Car parking is within the perimetral fence so there are no worries related to leaving the car on the street.
The owner is kind and welcoming, always available if you have questions.

Great place! Lino was so helpful showed us how everything worked and pointed us in the right direction for a beautiful meal at La Rupe! Cosy warm and plenty for breakfast!
