Posizione e tutto ottimo, si potrebbe giusto indicare agli ospiti dove si può parcheggiare l'auto
Per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema, ma c'è qualche rampa di scale da salire a piedi (il gentile host si è subito offerto di aiutarci a portare le valigie, ma per noi non era necessario)

The apartment is in a beautiful, old building, to Centro storico, but it’s quiet at night. The unit is spacious, clean, and well appointed - it has everything we needed for a two night stay. A grocery store 5 min away.
The air con is controlled by the owner. It turns on at 5pm and shuts off at midnight. For full control, one has to pay 5€ / day.
The communication pre-arrival and the check-in could have been better. We told the owner what time we were going to be there but he was late. We had to stand around on the sidewalk in the heat with our suitcases.
Parking - while there are a lot of free parking areas nearby, we arrived on the weekend and it was tricky to find a spot.

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Gegenüber liegt der Park um das Castello Spagnolo. Dort gibt es auch einen größeren Parkplatz (gebührenfrei).
Toller Aufgang in den Palazzo. Hohe Räume, alles liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet.
Bett groß und bequem, sehr großer Fernseher (wer einen braucht).
Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Parken war manchmal nicht ganz einfach. In der Straße vor dem Haus ist die Parkdauer zwischen 9:00 und 19:00 auf 2 Stunden beschränkt. Aber nur einige Min. entfernt beim Castello Spagnolo befindet sich ein Dauerparkplatz.
