The location was great, not in the city center but has a quick access to both the airport and the center of town.

The apartment was sold to us for 7 people, 3 bedrooms were mentioned and a sofa bed advertised. When we arrived we realized there were only 2 bedrooms, the sofa was not a sofa bed just a regular one which means we were missing beds for 2 people... We informed the staff and they did not provide any assistance, the owner stopped replying to my messages and we had to relocate part of our group in the middle of the night with the help of Booking.com during the month of December which was not an easy task. This apartment is great if you are 4 guests max and don't need any assistance during your stay but don't book it for more than 4 guests and don't expect the staff to be professional and helpful if you have an issue.

A pleasant stay in an unexpected way!

The apartment is really spacious and fully functional and as soon as you go out there is a bus stop which takes you directly to the Gare Central.

We had a language barrier as the host is Russian and we could not communicate easily and they wanted the payment on arrival as they do not accept visa cards, either cash or bank transfer which i did not know.

Dobry rozkład mieszkania, ale nic poza tym.

Było bardzo brudno. Na ścianach był grzyb. Firany były sztywne od kurzu, żółto szare, przy przesunięciu sypał się kurz. W łazience był grzyb i ściany były obdrapane. W salonie sofa była cała w plamach. To był koszmar.

Appartement bien aménagé, bien situé et fonctionnel

Rapport qualité prix à revoir . Beaucoup d’ équipement qui ne fonctionnent pas tel que le micro-ondes, l’éclairage, les prises dans les chambres, la hotte ,les volets roulants, la télé avec une installation compliquée et une hôte qui avait du mal à nous expliquer ce qu’il fallait faire.

Bien au niveau rapport avec les personnes responsables, mais descriptif et photos non conformes

Nous avions du retard à cause des bouchons sur l'autoroute, j'ai donc contacté la personne de référence qui m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème et que quelqu'un nous attendrait pour nous remettre les clés et nous montrer le parking et l'appartement (Mr Narek, très gentil) le jour de notre départ, nous avons oublié un sac dans l'appartement et nous avons dû recontacter une personne pour pouvoir accéder à nouveau à l'appartement, car nous n'avions plus les clés. cette personne très aimable est venue ouvrir l'appartement très rapidement. Mais pendant ce temps j'ai commencé à avoir des problèmes avec ma voiture et cette personne s'est proposée de m'aider, en allant chercher son propre véhicule et des cables de recharge pour la batterie. très aimablement il m'a aidé, mais sans succès, mon véhicule était vraiment en panne. j'ai donc dû contacter mon assurance dépannage, mais comme cela devait durer plusieurs heures, ils nous a autorisé à continuer à occuper l'appartement pour pouvoir rester au chaud (vraiment super de sa part). une fois le dépanneur sur place nous avons quitté l'appartement comme convenu. les personnes étaient très compréhensives et sympathiques

la description de l'appartement ne correspond pas tout à fait à la réalité : propreté : pas de problème par contre, les photos datent du temps où l'appartement était neuf ( exemple, le canapé noir était tout usé et pas neuf comme sur les photos, il n'y avait pas de produits de toilette comme mentionné dans le descriptif, pas de produit pour le lave-vaisselle, éclairage de la cuisine insuffisant, trop faible, la hotte ne fonctionnait pas : ni aspiration, ni éclairage, les lits étaient propres, mais les housses un peu "défraîchies", pas de possibilité d'avoir des oreillers supplémentaires, pas d'essuies en supplément en cas de besoin)
