A 10 minuti dal centro di Matera, la struttura è veramente pulita e con a disposizione tutto il necessario per il proprio soggiorno. Buona colazione, in struttura ci sono tisane, the, caffe, acqua a disposizione degli ospiti. La pulizia è veramente al top. Parcheggio privato non disponibile, in alcuni orari si può effettivamente dover aspettare un po' prima di trovare un posto.

Proximité du centre historique : 20’ à pied . La propriétaire nous a bien aidé à nous garer en face sur un parking gratuit pour le temps du séjour. Cuisine commune avec cafetière, réfrigérateur congélateur.
Petit déjeuner industriel fourni : biscottes et croissants sous plastique, confitures , on se débrouille… pas de grille pain.
