The staff. All the employers are amazing, friendly and careful with us, explaining everythink that I needed. They are exceptional people.

I don't know why sometimes during the night not have water in the bathroom. Another thing is about the noise. The hotel is old construction so the room no have noise blocking and I can hear all the reforms whats happening outside the hotel (in the street).

The hotel’s restaurant is also very good, and the people there are just as friendly. I really felt welcome the whole time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful little hotel near the Old Town, connected to pretty much anything you'll need in Vlorë.

The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The location close to the Old Town was perfect, and there was even a bus outside the hotel that goes all the way to the Lungomare.

I only wish I could have stayed longer.

I was really taken with this place. Great location, just few minutes walk from the old town and the buses for Tirana etc. City bus stop opposite hotel to get to the beaches easily. Very friendly staff especially in the restaurant.. talking of which the breakfast was freshly prepared and really good. I ate at the hotel one night and wished I’d eaten there both nights. Freshly prepared, really tasty and really good value.

Great hotel, the location is perfect infront of Bus stop which went around the city, the room was clean and large and smells so good, the staff were amazing and so helpful and kind...the breakfast was yummy and delicious, they offered lots of food on breakfast and fruits...this hotel should be 4 stars 🌟

Good value for money, excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was really rich and tasty. Management, as well as the staff working there, were polite and helpfull. There are reserved parking places for the guests in front of the hotel. We had an appartment number 1 which is on the first floor and has the biggest balcony, facing the street. The room was comfortable, with large double bed and a single one, there was also a little table and chairs in the room which I found it really convinient. There are baceries, shops, farmacy and everything you need in a very close distance to the hotel. I can really recommend this hotel to everyone.

We recommend to stay in this lovely hotel. The Owner is really helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was very delicious: fresh bread, very good cheese, eggs, cake, fruits, fresh orange juice. The coffee was great. We also eat dinner in a hotel restaurant and tried fish soup and risotto with sea food - we love it. The waitress was so nice and friendly as well. There is a bus station next to the hotel so you can go to the beach by bus. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. You can feel real Albanian rhythm of life. It is a big supermarket about 3 min by food. Our room was clean and the bed was big and comfy. We are very happy for our two nights in this family hotel. Olga&Piotr

Customer service in this hotel was immaculate! Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who helped us park our car. Check-in was smooth and we the hotel even provided us with a map of the town. The breakfast was also a big plus.
