The stay was ok but wouldn’t stay again

The property was spacious and in a good location

We booked to stay as a family of 5 but on arrival apartment had only been made up for 4 resulting in husband having to sleep on sofa as the sofa bed didn’t have bedding and duvet was covered in stains and sofa bed was dirty so even when sheets were eventually provided my husband didn’t want to sleep on the dirty sofa bed having seen the stains and having travelled since early am to get there and then having to keep children up to sort issue made it very stressful

Modern and clean apartment close to the sea.

The apartment is very spacious, located very central and close to the beach.

Although it is specified in the description, it would be nice if there were a few bathtowels and less instructions of what to do and how to leave the property. What we didn’t like at all, was the staircase. Walking up to the second floor with two small kids and just a very dim light felt a bit too dangerous to us.

Bel appartement bien situé

Très bel appartement, ce dernier est décoré avec gout. L'emplacement est idéal: tout près de la digue et des commerces. Les équipements sont assez récents et fonctionnels. Nous avons eu un soucis avec la chaudières mais les hotes ont été très réactifs et nous on de suite indiqué comment la relancé.

Propreté générale à revoir, il manquait un coup d'aspirateur avant notre arrivée. Dommage que les lits soient en deux parties, cela creuse un trou au milieu du lit quand on dort à deux. Dommage également de laisser des produits de soins (shampoing, gel douche, etc) à disposition mais que ceux-ci soient vides. Dans ces cas-là, autant ne pas en mettre.

Situation idéale mais accès un peu compliqué avec de jeunes enfants ou des animaux (cage d'escalier)

La situation de l'immeuble et la grande salle de bains ; la disponibilité des propriétaires lors de l'oubli de la clé dans la cage d'escalier ;-)

Le coffret sécurisé a été compliqué à ouvrir, tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ malgré l'utilisation du bon code communiqué. Peut-être à remplacer. La cage d'escalier très étroite et mal éclairée. La chasse d'eau un peu défectueuse et le lit de la chambre secondaire peu confortable - sommier à remplacer ?

La facilité de la boîte à clef. Cela nous permet d’arriver à n’importe quelle heure. L’espace dans l’appartement. Belle grande salle de bain avec douche et bain.
