An enjoyable stay, a lovely apartment.

Loved the short walk to the beach and the local shops close by. A short tram ride to plopsa land for the children was great.

The parking was awkward and difficult for a family with small children. There being no towels in the apartment was a challenge as we couldn't shower straight away and needed to find a shop to buy some which was time consuming on our holiday stay.

Location, rooms Cheap Parking facility ( daily rate) 3 minutes away.

Maybe not everyone will be happy with walking up the stairs.

You pay for location, because otherwise it's super overpriced

Location (close to the beach); size of the apartment (very spacious)

Apartment is very badly finished (horrific silicone finishing in the bathroom) and clearly needs renovation. The kitchen accessories are basic and old. The shower heads are full of calcium deposit. It's clear that the owners invest the bare minimum.

Beau séjour avec tout confort pour n'avoir à se soucier de rien

Ce qui fait la différence avec d'autres appartements : lits faits à l'arrivée, service nettoyage compris, nécessaire à disposition : produit, éponge, essuie de vaisselle, tri des poubelles prévu en rez de chaussée... Suite parentale très agréable avec belle et grande salle de bain à distance de la chambre des enfants et de la rue. Bel appartement spacieux et moderne

Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre dans le séjour, il faisait fort chaud ni d'abaisser le store central. Soufflerie à l'extérieur au niveau des chambres, bruyant avec la fenêtre ouverte mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Manque une entrée ou un endroit pour déposer chaussures, pelles, jeux, sacs lorsqu'on rentre dans l'appartement mais pièce du séjour suffisamment grande.

L'appartement super grand il était très propre, bien équipé et surprise 2 paquets de 🍡 ☺️ Une immense salle de bain avec goûts. Il faut juste traverser la rue pour être à la mer, restos, boulangerie,.boutiques etc... à 2min à pieds... nous avons passé un bon séjour à refaire.

Il manquait 1 store dans la cuisine qui est face au soleil, comme il a fait super chaud

La taille de l'appartement. Très bien équipé sur l'électroménager et sur le mobilier. Les attentions à notre arrivée (chocolats). La fourniture du linge de maison (draps, torchons, pastilles pour lave vaisselle) la situation géographique à moins de 5 min du front de mer. La facilité pour stationner dans la rue prés de l'immeuble.

Les vis à vis avec les immeubles environnants. A noter la difficulté de l'évacuation d'eau dans la douche car la pente du receveur n'est pas dans le bon sens.

1 seule douche dans la chambre parental et il faut donc passer par la chambre pour prendre sa douche . La douche ne s'évacue pas bien. Pas de store dans la cuisine. Pas de place pour des vélos ou pour les attacher.
