We had a pleasant stay at the Clos-Normad. The place was clean and there were sufficient utensils for cooking. The place is centrally located and is few metres from the beach/ shopping area. However, i experienced some issues during my stay

However, i experienced some issues during my stay 1) there were no kitchen cloth or bathroom floor mat. I was forewarned that no towels would be provided but kitchen / bathroom mat is bare essential. It’s difficult to keep the kitchen clean without towel/ cloth. 2) even a hand wash was not provided. Again this is basic essential item and I had to go shopping to buy the above items. 3) when we arrived none of the electrical appliances were working and after some search we found the main switch at the bottom floor. A message regarding this would have been helpful and would save some time. I also raised the above issues with the owner upon my exit and he politely considered my request. But lack of bathroom mat was very off putting and there seem to be a slip up with

Great holiday with friends

Great apartment with big lounge and dining area. Not very far from beach, restaurants or shops.

Took us a while to figure out that the only way to have a nice shower was to stop everyone in the house using water: no flushing or using the tap. Also it turned out that there was a rack to dry the towels in the basement. Again, we only found it after a few days. Quite essential for beach towels.

La situation, la chambre des enfants, la disponibilité de l'hôte, l'effet cocon de l'endroit, les attentions pour les enfants, les jeux, les chaufferettes (nécessaires en hiver :)), la possibilité de prendre nos chiens :)

Je n'avais pas remarqué qu'il y avait de la moquette partout et j'y suis allergique mais c'est de ma faute c'est indiqué dans l'annonce...

Chouette séjour

On a reservé à la dernière minute et franchement, on est pas déçu. Duplex bien équipé, chambres spacieuses, le plus c est la chambre enfant . Lit cabane, c'est vraiment axé sur l'enfant. On reviendra, c'etait top

Es war sehr erholsam und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und sauber. Es gab alles was man brauchte und auch für die Kinder gab es Teddys und Spielsachen. Das Meer liegt direkt um die Ecke. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach dort fahren.

Bien contente de rentrer chez moi.

La proximité des commerces et de la plage. Le logement est assez grand pour 6 personnes. Facilité à joindre les propriétaires et caution rendue en temps et en heure. Facilité pour récupérer et remettre les clés de l appartement dans la boîte à clés.

Il y a beaucoup d escaliers dans le logement ce qui est un handicap pour les personnes a mobilité réduite. L odeur de moisissure, d humidité persistante dans le logement même en ouvrant les fenêtres. La moquette n est pas très hygiénique et tachée. Les oreillers et couvertures qui ont été mis à notre disposition n ont pas été lavés. Ils sentaient la transpiration et sur certaines couvertures il y avait de l urine et des taches. On a eu du mal à savoir quelle couverture était la moins sale pour essayer d en avoir une. De plus, le matelas dans la grande chambre est tout taché. Ne regardez surtout pas en dessous… Ce n est pas respectueux de mettre à disposition des effets sales pour dormir. Quand on fait beaucoup de route on est content d arriver dans un endroit où les couchages sont propres. Enfin, nous avons eu très froid et quand nous avons demandé du chauffage on nous a répondu qu il fallait ouvrir les rideaux pour que le soleil ( qui n était quasiment pas présent ) réchauffe le logement. Lorsque j ai loué ce logement j avais vu les commentaires négatifs, j ai hésité à louer mais je l ai fait quand même en me disant que depuis les derniers commentaires , les propriétaires auraient sans doute pris les remarques en compte mais ce n est visiblement pas le cas. On loue en l état peu importe tant que ça se loue! les gens sont mécontents peu importe ça se loue on s en fiche! Pour conclure, durant nos 3 jours nous ne nous sommes pas sentis bien. Si nous avions eu peu de route à faire nous serions rentrés chez nous directement.
