Cozy and friendly stay

Sweet and comfortable house with living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The living space is modern renovated and kitchen has some supplies and equipment that make the stay a leisure. The host was friendly, although we didn't meet. They had instructions inside and a code on the door. The beach is ~15m walk and the center is much close. The parking on site is suitable for 2 cars. The garden is nice spacious for a sitting, relaxing and eating a meal.

The bedrooms are a bit outdated compared to the lower floor. You have to bring your own towels and bedsheet..etc There wasn't enough soap or coffee so we had to buy them (don't know if we should expect or not).

Great stay

The property is really close to everything: a supermarket, the city centre and the beach are all in walking distance. The tram in front of the house and the parking spots in the driveway are of course a big plus. Although other reviewers complained about street noise, we weren’t bothered by anything. The house is cozy, essentials like toilet paper, coffee machine and cleaning material are there and the living room is beautifully furnished.

The mattresses could really be replaced; they are quite hard and you can see they are rather old and used. The windows cannot be tilted, which is impractical as well. It‘s also unfortunate that the garden is not enclosed, especially for those who bring their dogs along. Nevertheless, we had a great stay and the positive points outweighed the negative ones by far!

Belle rénovation, propre, propriétaire honnête, à côté du tram et des supermarchés.

Rien. Il manque juste un bbq et peut-être clôturé le jardin.

Séjour agréable

L'emplacement est idéal proche de toutes commodités. La maison est agréable et l'accès facile. Nous avons pu garer nos deux voitures dans l'allée du garage ce qui est un point plus que positif à la mer ! Le système de digicode est super, on ne doit pas se partager des clés c'est très pratique ! Quelques point négatifs mais qui sont facilement récupérable et qui n'entache en rien la maison, que du contraire ça l'améliorerait encore plus :D

La maison met énormément de temps à chauffer, la chambre au fond ne chauffe d'ailleurs pas du tout. Le radiateur chauffe à tout casser sur 5 cm et fait du bruit toute la nuit. Peut être le purger ou voir s'il n'y a pas de la boue quelque part, car même s'il est situé en bout de ligne il devrait quand même chauffer La literie pourrait avoir un coup de frais, taches jaunes sur les édredons. Il faudrait en mettre en supplément également (la dernière chambre au fond il fait très froid et les duvets ne sont pas épais du tout, nous avons utilisé le petit du lit bebe histoire de dire d'avoir qqch en plus au niveau des pieds mais ce n'était pas suffisant malheureusement...) changement de pile de la télécommande, nous avons du aller en chercher. Vérifier la propreté des set de table, ils étaient gras et collant.

De bedden lagen voor ons niet zo lekker met eenpersoonsbed en beddengoed. Maar dat is maar net wat je bent gewend. Het meenemen van eigen beddengoed vonden wij minder handig, aangezien wij dat thuis niet hebben .

En arrivant dans la maison il faisait 16 degrés, beaucoup de mal à atteindre une température correct, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de matériel de repassage, ni de produits pour sdb, il manque des jeux de société comme indiqué dans l annonce, il y avait un ps4 qui ne fonctionnait même pas, le ménage était limite surtout dans le salon, c était rempli de moumoute de poussière derrière le canapé

Heel moeilijk om het huis op te warmen. Wanneer je gezellig in de zetel zit voel je overal koude. We waren in de winter op bezoek.
