About this apartment rental
Our condo is a one bedroom, one den, and one bathroom with mountain views and patio on the top floor of building 4 facing the entire mountain range of Squaw Valley, now Palisades Tahoe
The view reaches from the Tram to Red Dog lift.
The condo has again been remodeled. The remodel now includes a remodeled bathroom and remodeled bedroom. The previous remodel in 2020 added a brand new chef kitchen, a new dining room table seating five.
The den with foldable queen sleeper sofa can be privatized by closing curtains. The living room has a fireplace and 40 inch HD TV and a ROKU tv/stereo system.
The living room and den have leather couches. There is a gas fire place.
The bathroom has been remodeled with radiant heated floors, new shower and new TOTO toilet, Towels and all amenities are provided.
The master bedroom has a new queen size bed with plush mattress, feather pillows, nice cotton linens looking out over the ski mountain.
You can check the lines at Funitel before you have your coffee. The hot tubs and sauna are two floors down. The spa provides towels and has two full bathrooms. The coin operated washer and dryers, and ski locker are accessible at the entry level. Underground parking accessible with guest parking pass are included as well as a ski locker conviently located at the ground floor just a short walk away to the lifts.
