DETAILS:
Our condo is a top floor unit in The Village at Palisades Tahoe Resort. The Condo is on the 4th floor of Building 4.
LOCATION
We are located in a quiet part of the Village so you can get a good nights sleep before hitting the slopes in the AM. Building 4 is located steps from the tram, gondola and KT-22 lifts. With access to the ski locker and underground parking you will avoid all the hassle of lugging around equipment.
LIVING ROOM
Queen Sofa Bed, Large 50" LED TV, Deck which overlooks the Village and view the mountains. Relax in front of a a gas fireplace. Eat at the 4 seat dining table. Air conditioner in the living room for summer.
KITCHEN
Open Kitchen with a granite bar which seats 4.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, and a full set of cooking and dining utensils - and of course a wine opener!
BEDROOM
Our condo comfortably sleeps 4. A King bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa-bed in the living space. We supply clean linens and extra blankets. Second AC unit to keep cool during summer months.
BATH
Full bath and shower with vanity. We supply towels, soap, and shampoo so pack light.
AMENITIES
Within Building 4 you can access a rooftop Hot Tub which overlooks the Mountain. The Building also has a Laundry Room, a Game Room for kids and a Media Room.
There is an Elevator which takes you right up from the Below Ground Parking to our Unit. Our unit is right next to the Elevator so you are a 2 min walk to the Tram!
The Ski Locker is located on the first floor so you can leave your skis, boots, and gear without having to take it upstairs (and it will keep the unit cleaner too!).
Same unit when rented through the resort costs up to 20% more
Please note the cancellation policy. We highly recommend travel insurance will reimburse for mountain conditions such as road conditions that may prevent travel. If we are able to re-book we will refund that portion, so cancel as early as possible, however we do not guarantee our ability to secure another reservation.

The hot tub was great! Checking in and out was easy. The cards and parking permit were functioning properly.The place wasn't quite as clean as we'd hoped. But overall, it was a beautiful stay and we had a great time!

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean, easy check-in/check-out process, and quick access to everything at Palisades Tahoe! Hosts were very communicable and always happy to help. 5-Stars!!!

The host was incredibly helpful at check-in. The previous renter had not left the keys in the lock box which was momentarily a pretty horrific feeling. He answered on my first call and had a work around within 5 minutes. Really, we were so appreciative. Unit was great. Very quiet, our first time staying in the village.
