Apartment was amazing a very comfy for us. Design of interior and all of used materials were excellent. Cleanliness as at home and very comfortable matrace. Floor heating give cozy atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Italian attic studio in a quaint little town, and I must say, it was absolutely perfect. From the moment I stepped foot into this cozy lodging, I knew I had made the right choice. First and foremost, the studio itself was incredibly cute. Nestled in the attic of a traditional Italian building, it had all the characteristics of a rustic, yet stylish accommodation. The wooden beams on the ceiling gave it a warm and inviting feel, while the tasteful décor added a touch of elegance. It truly felt like stepping into a picture-perfect Italian postcard. Despite being an attic studio, the space was surprisingly well-utilized. Every inch was thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience. The compact kitchenette had all the necessary amenities, allowing me to prepare simple meals whenever I desired. The bed, tucked away in a cozy corner, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The small dining area provided the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Speaking of the town, it was simply enchanting. Nestled amidst rolling hills and picturesque landscapes, it felt like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The quaint streets were lined with historic houses, local shops, and charming cafes. Exploring the town was a delight, with surprises around every corner. Furthermore, the location of the studio was excellent. Situated at the heart of the town, I was just a stone's throw away from all the attractions and amenities. Whether I wanted to visit historical sites, enjoy local cuisine, or simply take a leisurely stroll, everything was conveniently within reach. It was the perfect base to explore the surrounding area and immerse myself in the beauty of the Italian countryside. In conclusion, my stay at this cute Italian attic studio in a quaint little town was an absolute delight. From the adorable lodging to the enchanting surroundings, everything was simply perfect.

The use of a bedspread instead of comforter with duvet. It is nice to know the bedding has all been cleaned and is fresh from the previous occupant.

I loved the location by the Polcenigo “square”. Also, I greatly appreciated the espresso pods left in the room (1 per each night stayed). I also enjoyed the privacy of the top floor.

The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. There isn’t a great place to keep a bike if you bring one. Carrying it up the stairs to the apartment was difficult given the narrow width of the staircase. Also, the first come first serve parking isn’t ideal unless you return early enough in the day to make sure you get a spot on the street as opposed to down the road in a public parking lot.

WiFi went out for 3 days. Cell service isn't great so WiFi is a must. Owner was responsive and was trying to fix it. Was fixed prior to leaving.
