Stairs, wasn’t a problem for us, but there are stairs to get to the elevator.

The location was perfect and just around the corner of the Christmas market. Good communication with the owner.

Central location. 2 bathrooms.
No communal seating area to relax in. Scruffy entrance to apartment building and inner courtyard. Some kitchen cupboards and drawers in need of repair/replacement. Although bathrooms and kitchen were clean other areas were dusty and grimy. Bed linen and towels old.
