The place is clean when I came. All the things I need is there as well.

Location is perfect Modern and Well equipped The host is reactive and helpful

The building is very old, and there is occasionally an unpleasant smell at the entrance (of the building not the apartment)

Good location. Well equipped apartment. Hop on Hop off bus stop outside door.

All the positives that other travellers mentioned - good location, new and modern.

No wardrobe or place to hang clothes. Communication was off - first of all, all questions and requests sent before arrival for check-in/check out time possibilities were ignored then, finally, once we arrived in the country and still didn't have the answers or even information on how to get in, I received a message that that information will only be released at 3pm - that's the check in time! So essencially, we didn't have any info on how we will be accessing the property until the very last minute. Good thing I had the internet but how inconvenient if you don't! We then had issues finding the apartment - the number given on here didn't pick up my call but sent me a message instructing me to call a colleague. The said colleague didn't pick up. The sender of the message didn't respond when I told them we couldn't reach the colleague on the number provided. We finally managed to figure out where the apartment was ourselves but we got no help, no response and no callback. Finally, I asked for 1 hour extra at the check out (which I had been asking about before the trip and had no response to the request - neither positive nor negative) and finally, the day before check out, once I asked once more, the request was denied. I then said that all this experience will be in the review, and that's when I got a message saying we can have the extra hour. That tells me it's not a scheduling but a willingness to accommodate the guests requests issue. Since we got the final message rather late in the evening and we were already told a late check out was not possible, we had already made arrangements to leave on time so in the end didn't even use that hour. Honestly - a fairly okay apartment but I didn't feel particularly welcome there and responsiveness was sub-par so wouldn't recommend.
