My room overlooked the river , which was fabulous and the breakfast was great!
Robes and flannels not in the room until last day.

The hotel was ideally placed for the O2 concert we attended. The rooms were very comfortable. All staff were super friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. Bars were comfortable with a great skyline view.
Bar prices were high.

Staff very friendly & breakfast was good
Very soft pillows no options for firmer pillows. The hotel shop very expensive £ 8 for a can of lemonade £4 for a twix bar. For one night very expensive
