Villas Guzman - Antonio

The Villa is in a great location, with mountain and coastal views. Great footprint so plenty of space for larger families across the two levels of accommodation. Picked up the keys from the main office located around 5miles from the property, communication was great. The pool was great. We had a great time.

Only downfall was the noise, the villa is by a main coastal road that is busy throughout the night, including quarry lorries. A neighbours dog was constantly barking throughout the night and bin collections occurred at 4am every morning, which were very loud. Although a residential area, it was not a quiet area.

La situation géographique par rapport au centre de calpe et la plage, 5 minute en voiture. La vue sur les montagnes. La piscine très rafraîchissante après une journée très chaude.

Réservation pour 8 adultes, pas de table de 8 personnes disponible en terrasse, et pas vraiment de réaction de la part des propriétaires, nous avons du prendre une table de l'intérieur pour rajouter en terrasse. Que 6 transats. Pas de climatisation dans toute la villa.Par forte chaleur, comme cette année nous avons passé de très mauvaises nuits. Étouffant dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, aucun courant d'air. Pas très propre dans les coins et sous les lits. 3 véhicules mais juste la place pour 2.

Beautiful villa with great pool area. Property was very clean and had plenty of space indoors and outdoors

Difficult to find in a very hilly area. Advertised as 4 bedroomed villa but actually 2 seperate apartments on different levels. Worked well for us as a party of 5 adults but may not be suitable for a family with a few young children needing more than 2 bedrooms. No diswasher as advertised.
