I loved it.

I loved the view, the quiteness of the place, the arrangement of furniture. Everything was looking pretty and well thought out. I had my private pool and also a beautiful view of a rice field. The price was so worth it. It is a family run business and they have a little resturant attached to the property with nice food. I highly recommend it.

I would have liked to have a tiny mirror in the room. Also if you are a person who need to use the bathroom during the night, it is a tiny bit inconvenient as the bathroom is on the ground floor and you need to get down steps. Not a big deal though.

Spacious villa with private pool, you wake up with a ricefield view, quite, warm and accomodating owners and staff, value for money

The couple owners, Yoga and Amy were warm and accomodating along with their staff. The breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable

They just need to put a towel hook where we should hung our clothes and towel inside the bathroom

Rice experience

Amy and Yoga are very friendly and helpful, their staff is very attentive, the bungalows are very well maintained, the outdoor bathroom is an interesting experience but you have to expect some guests (geckoes, spiders, nothing too scary and harmful). We really enjoyed the rice fields between the bungalows. We were upgraded to the villas in one night. Thought the villas had pool and a closed bathroom I consider the bungalow experience is more authentic

Magical moments made in Ubud

It was a very special stay, the owners made us feel like home. Everyone in the family is so welcoming and friendly. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful - true magic in the middle of rice fields where you can see locals living their life. Easy to get to town and main cafes by scooter or taxi. We loved staying in the vila, so asked if we could extend our stay for one more night and the owners made it work given its the busy time of the year. Thank you so much for this unique experience, we hope to come back one day.

Extraordinary place to stay in the Ubud Hills without a horde of tourists.

Beautiful peaceful location overlooking the rice paddies, 2 levels with the bedroom upstairs and a large verandah. Downstairs there’s a big covered area overlooking the pool. In the large bathroom there is a beautiful bath and separate shower.

All good and the Homestay Family are exceptionally kind and thoughtful. A winner.

Good value for money

The breakfast and dinner was delicious! Our Hut was rustic and met our needs. We appreciated the use of a mattress on the floor for our toddler - Thank you! The owners are a lovely family and very friendly. We are grateful to have been able to take our little dog with us as she is a big part of our family.

The hot water only provided lukewarm warm water not hot water.

Owners are absolutely great, they make you feel so welcome and they’re ready to help out with anything! Delicious food on site, room was also very nice.

It’s a little bit out of the way which is positive since you get some peace and quiet, but nothing is walking distance from here.

Perfect, blissful and relaxing

This was by far a highlight of my trip, Amy and Yoga have created a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The area was quiet and beautiful, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing and the staff were also just the friendliest people. The villa was clean and well maintained. Overall there was nothing to complain about and I had a very pleasant stay.

Homestay inside rice terraces

It is a family owned homestay inside a serene rice terrace. Mr. Yoga and his family are looking after it. There are cute pets throughout the property that they have rescued. The villas are wooden structures constructed using traditional techniques. I am a little concerned that it does not really match the images here but everything else was spot on. There's a large bathroom outdoors with electronic bidet, free toiletries and bathtub. The villas have almost all amenities and there are restaurants nearby.

The location is beautiful and surrounded by ricefields with less traffic around. Yoga and his family were very friendly and we felt a little bit like a part of their everyday-life, which was really nice. This is definitely a homestay we“ll keep in mind. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful cottage with private pool, overlooking rice terraces

We travelled from Australia and really enjoyed ourselves. We had our own private pool, the room was spacious and very warm and inviting. An easy place to relax while overlooking the rice terraces. Definitely a highlight of our trip :). It’s outside of main Ubud, but tbh this is still a positive, go for a walk early morning - the surrounding area is beautiful and very relaxing. You’ll see lots of rice terraces and farmland. And there’s some nice boutique things to do, noticed cooking lessons, Thai restaurants to eat at, and of course the Tegalalang rice terraces are a must see. The owners are very nice and gave us tonnes of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

We were happy with staying at this villa!

Nice villa! The location is pretty good, it is 5 min from Ubud but there is no noise from traffic, very calm atmosphere like in the village. Staff is the best in our traveling experience. They remembered our names at the first day. Every day they offered tea and coffee free and clean the room very properly. It is convenient that everything is in one place. You can eat at the Restaurant, rent a bike and give clothes to laundry. At the restaurant there is very tasty Thai food. We recommend Tom Kha Kai, Pad Tai noodles and many fresh juice flavors! By the way, the breakfast included was pretty nice too (5 options).

Good signal of wi-fi but sometimes there were some problems with connection. But if you use Internet not for work it would be fine!
