A perfect oasis just 15 minutes from Ubud

My friend and I had the most incredible week at Villa Ravaka! It looked exactly like the pictures and the staff were all very caring and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Daily cleaning, a gorgeous rice paddy view from the pool and free tea/coffee were just the icing on the cake. The villa was only a 15 minute car/10 minute motorcycle ride from the centre of Ubud and there’s a cafe (called ‘Tamarin Kitchen and Cafe’) at the end of the driveway which we ate at every day. If you do choose to stay here, it’s important to know that you can’t be picked up by online drivers (using Grab/Gojek) directly from the villa. However you *can* be dropped off by online drivers to the villa doorstep (we usually put Tamarin Kitchen as our drop off location). When heading into town, we walked 5/10 minutes to ‘Banjar Sala’ (a nearby a community centre) to be picked up and always felt very safe on our walk. Overall we had an incredible stay and will 100% be coming back again and recommending Villa Ravaka to all of our friends! Suksma Devi, Ditya and everyone else 🙏

Double rooms with open bathroom great as were the facilities and staff - some issue with mould in twin room and transpor

The pool and communal area were great. The staff were helpful and moved us into a different room when we had issues with mould in the twin room. The rooms with a double bed and open bathroom were great, comfortable and spacious .

The twin room we had was mouldy. We both got sick in here. Once we moved rooms, it was much better but we had to share a bed. It was a little bit of a challenge to communicate. The property is quite far out and they do not allow grab/Gojek so it wasnt always easy to get transport

Stylish Villa but location not the best

The design of the Villa looks stylish and modern and just like the photos. Villa also looks new and well maintained. Staff are also really friendly and responsive. Villa is located beside a small paddy field and is very peaceful and hidden away.

Be warned that this villa is in a "No Online taxi zone" controlled by the locals so Grab/Gojek driver cannot pick up from the area and can only drop off so you have to book a cab from the "offline drivers" which may cost more. Didn't know about this until many Grab/Gojek drivers didn't come or cancelled on us on the first day and we ended up asking the staff. Location wise is about 15mins drive to the town centre which is not too far but the roads going into the villa is not good & narrow. Due to open design and lack of sound-proofing, can hear other guests when they are talking loudly outside and next door. Some design elements are also inconvenient like having a low lamp right beside the opening of the glass door. The plumbing system also seems to be lacking/really weak which seems like a common issue in bali.

The nicest villa in Ubud, Bali

This Villa may be the most pleasant surprise in my 40+ years of international travel. We came across Villa Rekava last minute in Ubud Bali, Indonesia and were so ecstatic when we arrived to see such a clean. quiet, private and beautiful villa. The staff are amazing and I highly recommend this villa as your first choice in Bali. With a wonderful main house, large private rooms, with amazing bathrooms, a beautiful pool, all located in an amazing setting this is the dream villa. We will be back...

A peaceful, beautifully designed retreat

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Ravaka! From the beautiful design to the peaceful atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully curated. I loved that it was slightly tucked away from the busy city center — it created the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. Staying here truly felt like being with family, surrounded by people who genuinely cared about my well-being and safety. I would highly recommend Villa Ravaka to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming retreat in Ubud!

Luxury, in a beautiful setting, with lovely staff, whats not to like ? .

Beautiful property with amazing staff who couldn’t help you enough. We loved the views of the paddy fields, the beautiful decor of the villa and bedrooms and the pool. If you are looking for a modern, quiet place to stay, that is reasonably priced just outside the chaos of Ubud, then this is the place for you. There is a small cafe and shop near by and a Gojek taxi is 10-15 mins into Ubud centre. A scooted is quicker. They have a driver that can take you anywhere you want to go. The breakfasts were cooked on site, they were delicious and plentiful. It’s a small complex, with luxury individual rooms and a shared living/kitchen area. It holds a maximum of 8 people so is perfect for friends and family to book together. It was definitely a good price for the stay and we would highly recommend it. We loved it here

There were no deal breakers Things to consider are It’s 10-15 mins outside of town The only coffee that they have is Nescafé , for coffee lovers like us this wasn’t great (please invest in some real coffee). Everything else was perfect.

Very cool place! The owners are gorgeous people, everything was done quickly, decorated, fed with food, drank, provided all the amenities! The room is always clean, the pool is transparent. We did not regret that we chose this place, we recommend it to everyone!

Exceptionnel, à ne pas manquer.

Cet endroit est exceptionnel, un sans faute. Il est idéalement situé car vous êtes à 15 minutes de la ville, dans un cadre idyllique, la chambre est agréable, les gérants et le personnel sont très sympa. Sincèrement un des hôtel le mieux que j’ai eu à Bali durant plusieurs séjours.

Отличное место для отдыха в этом районе

Очень красивая вилла! Мы пробыли там 5 дней, и это было действительно круто. Стильная и просторная комната, большой бассейн, отличная зона с кухней и гостиной. Сотрудники постоянно на месте, помогут по любому вопросу, предложат сделать кофе, завтрак и даже свежий кокос. Владельцы тоже очень приятные люди, всегда на связи! Гостей в наш отдых было не слишком много, поэтому казалось, что вся вилла в нашем распоряжении)) Локация понравилась, до центра Убуда 15 минут на байке (как раз здесь взяли его в аренду), а сама вилла расположена в тихом и очень зеленом месте. Все было супер, рекомендую! Вернулись бы сюда еще раз

Возможно, стоит немного поработать над чистотой полотенец и постельного белья. А также классной опцией было бы зеркало в полный рост в комнате, но это скорее придирка)) Просто мне его очень не хватало 😁

Una parentesi di pace da rumore di Ubud

Il personale molto cordiale mi ha fatto subito sentire a casa. La pace regna sovrana e ci si può rilassare, rispetto al rumore del centro. La struttura è pulita e il letto comodo. C’è possibilità di noleggiare scooter e il servizio di lavanderia è il migliore che abbia provato a Bali.

Güleryüzlü personel, temiz bir tesis :)

Tesis temizlik, doğa, sessizlik ve personelin yardımseverliği açısından çok güzeldi çok memnun kaldık ve vaktimiz olsa daha çok kalabilirdik. Konum olarak Ubud’a motorla 10 dakikaya yakın sürüyor.

Yeni bir tesis ve bazı ufak tefek geliştirilmesi gereken şeyler var genel olarak beğenmediğimiz bir şey yok.

Mooie en schone villa

Mooie locatie, lekker rustig. We vonden geweldig daar, bed was echt lekker en het zwembad was ook fantastisch. Er was 24 uur iemand daar aanwezig, we konden ook direct bij de locatie een scooter huren. Personeel was super vriendelijk, onze kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt.
