Luis and his wife Silvia are the owners. They were amazing hosts. So kind. Their hotel was clean and comfortable. And right in historic city center. It felt very safe. They even helped us out by doing some laundry for us.

Good location within Urumbamba, very nice rooms and a nice courtyard. Personnel very responsive, friendly and responsive.
The breakfast was not as great as described by other travelers. Great eggs/ omelets but no fruit, cheese or muesli.

It is a clean, comfortable and homely place to stay. The owners are friendly and accommodating, including gluten free breakfast and washing some dirty clothes at a great rate

Struttura semplice e pulita, con un’ottima posizione che rende tutto comodo e facile da raggiungere. Ciò che però fa la differenza sono i gestori: Luis e sua moglie ti accolgono con calore e attenzione, facendoti sentire subito a casa. Disponibili, gentili e sempre pronti a un consiglio utile, senza mai essere invadenti. Un posto in cui tornerei molto volentieri e che consiglio a chiunque cerchi semplicità, ordine e un’accoglienza genuina.
Il bagno non ha asciugacapelli che dato le temperature serali un po’ fresche, potrebbe fare comodo.
