Bed comfort, kitchen with the amenities.
20 minutes walk to the beach and 3 mins to the UPF campus.
Really small TV, view from the apartment (not the best view) and the kindergarten that’s located right downstairs can be very noisy at times.

Nice apartment, the bedroom quiet at night, had a good sleep. Kitchen well equiped.
Little ants in the first days, but they dissapeared. The heater did not work, but all the other appliances seem to be in good conditions.

The location is absolutely perfect
The water heater works really bad. First it took us a while to get that to have hot water in the shower we need to keep the lights in the kitchen on 🤦🏽♀️ And then, every other time there’s not enough power for the heater to turn on or something like that- it keeps showing an error on the screen and the water’s cold(
