Horrible experience. They have written a lot of rules and fines all over the entire appartement. But did not take the small effort to write down the wifi-code. They don't even offer a small soap for you to use, for this lump of a price. And you do need to travel 3 km further to give them a large sum of deposit of 500/600 EUR. By arrival the table was full with crumbs and furniture full with dust. They really have no idea what hospitality means. Please don't do business in this sector with such a NON-GUESTFRIENDLY attitude. It was definitely not a relaxing stay and will never come back again.

Kitchen well appointed, nice user friendly lounge good sized and comfortable bedrooms.

The stairs to the upper floor were an issue ( very steep with no safety rail)

Well probably inevitable, but the presence of mosquitos at night were a little annoying. So we decided to sleep with windows closed.

Parfait !

Nous étions à 2 familles, l’agencement était parfait avec 2 chambres à l’étage + SdB et idem au RdC. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région (grottes de han, EUROSPACE center, citadelle de Dinant…). Hotte disponible.

Eccezionale "trampolino" francese per lanciarsi in Belgio

In viaggio per un giro in Belgio, abbiamo deciso di fare tappa a Givet per poi tuffarci tra birre e cioccolato... il paese di Givet è molto grazioso e caratteristico e c'è davvero tutto quel che può servire!!! Appartamento molto molto curato, luminoso grazie a larghe finestre a soffitto, e davvero curato e accogliente! Pulitissimo e completo di tutti i comfort e di ogni possibile accessorio per la cucina. Emilie e Dominique gentilissimi e premurosi, pronti a rispondere a nostre domande o dubbi.

Anche se comunque lo sapevamo, le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sono ripide e un po' strette: serve solo un po' di attenzione coi bambini. Ma nulla di grave, basta saperlo ed organizzarsi. 👍🏻

Belle découverte appartement décoré avec goût nous reviendrons

Propriétaire très sympatique. Appartement bien situé et spacieux , nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et avons pu profiter de l'espace

Sejour excellent

La disponibilité des hôtes, la propreté ( meme pas de traces de calcaire..., on se demandait avec quel produit il nettoyait), la sécurité ( le fait qu’il y avait une caméra dans la cour nous rassurait beaucoup); l’emplacement. Merci aux hôtes qui nous ont laissé un petit panier de bienvenue avec des produits de la région et à notre arrivée, vu qu’il y avait une rencontre avec les vignerons, ils nous ont invité boire un verre, c etait bien sympa. Je recommande!

Schöne moderne Wohnung im renovierten Haus, recht nah am charmanten historischen Stadtkern.

Die Lage ist gut und das Zentrum über eine Brücke zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Sehr angenehm war eine nette kleine Bäckerei um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Das sicherlich sehr alte Haus wurde komplett renoviert und alles sieht sehr ansprechend aus. Im Zentrum gibt es einige gute Restaurants, von denen leider die meisten nach Weihnachten bis zum 6.1.25 geschlossen waren. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und versuchen Probleme schnell zu lösen.

Der Vermieter erwartete eine Vertragsunterschrift mit Kaution. Das war für uns in Ordnung. Allerdings konnten wir die Adresse in einem Geschäft / Gewerbegebiet nicht leicht ausfindig machen. Das Problem war eine fehlerhafte Computer Übersetzung, da wir die Anweisungen nur auf französisch erhielten. Auch war das telefonieren mit dem Vermieter schwierig, weil diese kein Englisch sprachen und wir kein Französisch. Das gilt allerdings auch für die Umgebung in Restaurants und Einzelhandel. Was uns doch sehr erstaunt hat, zumal dies auch für junge Leute gilt. Wir empfanden die Temperatur in der Wohnung und Badezimmer von max. 19,5 Grad im Winter zu kalt.
