About this house rental

Single family village house in stone of the country, completely restored, with covered terrace and garden, located at the end of road in cul de sac. Very quiet and rural environment conducive to hiking or mountain biking, starting trails at 200m from the house. Beautiful nature. No public transport, good access road, the house is easily accessible by car. Near Givet, the Greenway, restaurants, shopping center and sports facilities (swimming pool, tennis). Only a few km from the Belgian border.
Be careful to program the GSP on the fastest route and not the shortest so you do not end up on a very steep and winding forest road.

Haus wurde nach dem letzten Aufenthalt anderer Gäste nicht gereinigt. Vermieterin ist uns mit 15 % des Gesamtpreises entgegengekommen, da wir schlussendlich selbst sauber machen mussten. Die Erstattung erfolgte erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung. Alles in allem ist Landrichamps ein sehr schöner Ort, der viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Belgien und Frankreich bietet, jedoch werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr mieten.

Location conforme à la description. Maison suffisamment grande pour accueillir 7 personnes. On y trouve tous les équipements nécessaires pour pouvoir passer un agréable séjour comme si nous étions à la maison. Le village est tranquille et propice aux balades en campagne et en forêt. Très bon contact avec Sylvia qui nous a donné des idées de balades et de visites dans la région. En résumé un très bon séjour et à refaire...

Le charme d'une jolie maison de village
Une jolie maison de village en pierre, spacieuse, rénovée récemment, très propre et très bien équipée. Tout y est ! Un accueil chaleureux nous a permis de nous installer dans les meilleures conditions. Nous avons apprécié le calme du village, la beauté des environs, les pistes cyclables sur les berges de la Meuse. Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité de notre interlocutrice, qui a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a bien conseillés. Un séjour bien agréable !
