Местоположение шикарное, шаговая доступность до всех необходимых мест - рынок, площадь Пьяцца, площадь Европы, храм, центральные улочки, канатная дорога и т.п. Хозяин Левон и его жена - очень приятные, щедрые и вежливые люди. Номер мне поменяли без проблем, т.к. сначала я заселилась одна, а потом приехала подруга. Хозяин организовал встречу в аэропорту (ночью). Разрешил заселиться так же ночью, т.е. до начала расчетного времени. Все просто супер!

Mark the host was incredibly helpful and very kind to offer transfer services and gave us a very warm welcoming. The place is extremely cozy and full of nature.

Всё очень понравилось. Хорошее расположение, чистые и уютные номера. Есть кухня со всей необходимой посудой. Душевая отдельная, что очень удобно. Также приятно удивило, что стирка была бесплатной (во многих отелях эта услуга платная). Хозяева очень добрые, простые и гостеприимные люди. Спасибо за тёплый приём!

Great location in old city, walking distance from most attractions. Big rooms. Nice communal yard if you want to sit outside. Owner provides water bottles and tea. Dog is friendly!
Owner speaks English and Russian.
Toilet and bath weren't clean. Extra blanket was dirty. Bring flip flops and don't walk barefoot.
