I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Izmir Bayrakli for a business trip. The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable, with a proper desk and workspace that allowed me to carry out my work efficiently. The overall stay was pleasant and well suited for business purposes.
One point of improvement: I received a follow-up invoice that felt unexpected. I was contacted about it during weekdays when I am busy at work, while in the evenings no one was available to speak with. It would be helpful if communication around this could be handled more clearly and flexibly.
Overall, a good and professional stay.
