About this house rental
River’s Bend Ranch’s largest accommodation, the Bunk House, features 10 bedrooms—each with a private bath and most with balconies—and can sleep up to 20 guests with a mix of twin, queen, and king beds. It includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, TV room, and a large banquet space, perfect for corporate meetings or family reunions. Linens and kitchenware are provided. Enjoy mountain views from the decks, a hot tub under the stars, plus a fire pit and gas grill with firewood and propane supplied.
Just 90 minutes from Washington, D.C., our ranch offers a stunning setting along the South Fork of the Shenandoah River, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our wedding packages start at $5,000, an exceptional value for a memorable experience. Our event pavilion is an ideal setting for outdoor weddings, offering stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. Whether you’re planning a wedding, reunion, or retreat, we encourage guests to turn their celebration into a relaxing weekend escape. On the ranch, guests can enjoy fishing, birding, and walking trails. Trail rides along our piece of the Shenandoah's South Fork are available to guests and the general public, and can accommodate any riding ability. RBR offers something for all ages and interests, with convenient access to Luray Caverns, Skyline Drive, the charming town of Luray, hiking trails, kayaking, canoe rentals, and more. Kids (and adults!) will love meeting our farm animals, including sheep, cows, chickens (and sometimes baby chicks!), horses, barn cats, and our friendly, attention-loving dog.

Location wise, it is amazing! Amazing property surrounded by lots of land and mountains. Horse riding is very close by. Manager Caroline was a wonderful person.
