Arts Hotel Istanbul Harbiye - Special Class

This was my first stay at Arts Hotel Harbiye, although certainly not my first visit to Istanbul, and I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Yılmaz, who was always available whenever we needed anything and went out of his way to assist us. The hotel was very clean and our room was spotless, with lovely views towards the Bosphorus. I also really appreciated the SPA facilities, which are included for hotel guests. Unfortunately the steam room was out of order during my stay, but I made very good use of the sauna and swimming pool instead and thoroughly enjoyed them. Breakfast was excellent, with a very wide choice of breakfast foods as well as different hot dishes every morning. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is very centrally situated in the Şişli–Nişantaşı area, which is the part of Istanbul where I usually choose to stay. Osmanbey metro station is within walking distance, there are plenty of buses nearby, and the surrounding area has countless shops, cafés and restaurants and pretty much anything else you might need. I will definitely stay here again on a future visit to Istanbul.

Great location. Incredible breakfast! One of the best I’ve had. There were so many fresh vegetables. The staff was kind, generous, accommodating and always helpful. I felt well taken care of.

I don’t like the light system in the bedrooms. Confusing and frustrating. But….its our modern times I guess. Otherwise, the room was fine.

The stay was wonderful! The room was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Special thanks to Ilkay, Yermiz, and the rest of the staff everyone was really, really great, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay.

Nothing at all everything was great during my stay, a bit of small renovation needed.
