The location is perfect
There was no coordination with the owners, the booking agent was not replying to our message in time, and there was no internet as it was stated

Very beautiful place to stay. Would recommend 10/10. Everything was celan and tidy, there is enough kitchen facilities if you want to prepare something. Beach infront is very relaxing and calm. Host was friendly and helpfull.

This is a fairly clean and comfortable apartment but it's VERY bare bones. The location is magnificent though. It took me 1 minute to get from my bed to a swim off their pier in the sea. Just lovely! At night, it's quiet/dark so you get a wonderful time looking at Lastovo's main attraction, the starry sky. There aren't any restaurants nearby though so BYO food supplies, the nearby (600m away) market is pretty limited. There's one restaurant serving lovely food that opens from 4pm, but that's about 1km away.
While it has a kitchen and is self-contained, it was bare bones. Just little things that we'd come to take for granted on our trip from other accommodations... eg. there was no oil/salt/pepper available which is standard on all of our other accommodations. So we had to go out and buy our own (which we left there for the next lucky resident). We booked through booking.com but it was handled by a 3rd party, Adriagate, which made it VERY confusing at check in. We arrived and couldn't find the owner, there was no sign of them. It turns out they live in one of the apartments (but this one looks the same as all the others so there's no way to find them). We had to call adriagate, who then called the owners to tell them to come outside and meet us. They gave us the key and showed us to the apartment and then we never saw them from the full 4 days. I had to approach them on our last night so we could pay, if I hadn't, I'm sure we could've just left and they would be none the wiser. Overall, it's basic, but there's no 'service' like you would expect in other places, if you're prepared for that, this place is OK. We had a great time, we just expected a bit more. The wifi router is in one end of the building so if you stay where we did (apartment 3, right down the other end), the wifi signal is SO weak that it struggles to maintain any sort of connection... you may as well not bother and just use phone data.
