Čistota izby, kvalita posteli. Kvalitné služby v reštaurácií - slušné ceny, veľmi dobrá kychyňa, raňajky chutné a majú hodnotu, ktorú stoja.
Extrémne chýba klimatizácia, smetne nádoby pod oknami izieb - smrad v teple, velmi nepraktický vstup do kolárny - stŕmy vjazd po schodoch - hrozý úraz pádu, poškodené schody.

Na ten priestor dosť okien ale nedali sa otvoriť takže žiadny vzduch cez vetračku neišiel .keby boli okna že sa dajú otvoriť a miestnosť vyvetrať dam 10bodov
