We were there for Jizda Kralu. The apartment was very Confy. Very close to where all the celebrations were happening. if you have a car is the perfect location.

The restaurant bar downstars was closed and they do not offer breakfast.

Ubytování bylo skvělé a celý pobyt proběhl nad očekávání. Self-check in přes skřínku u vchodu fungoval bez problémů, hostitel včas poslal SMS se všemi instrukcemi a vše probíhalo hladce. Na stole nás navíc čekala lahvička vody, což byl milý detail, který udělal radost. Ubytování odpovídalo fotkám a stejně tak i okolí – velká zahrada, bazén, sošky lviček a celkově velmi příjemné prostředí. Parkoviště je užší, ale s trochou zručnosti to nebyl problém. Okolí je krásné a dostupnost výborná. Teplá voda tekla bez omezení a toaletní papír byl doplňován, takže v tomto ohledu si vůbec nemáme na co stěžovat. - Rychlá a bezproblémová komunikace s hostitelem (SMS, instrukce) - Praktický self-check in přes skřínku - Milé uvítací gesto (voda na stole) - Ubytování i okolí odpovídalo fotkám - Velká zahrada, bazén, hezké prostředí - Stabilní dodávka teplé vody a doplňování hygienických potřeb - Krásné okolí s dobrou dojezdovostí

Tenké stěny – po dva dny nás rušila hlučná společnost v sousedství, která se vracela pozdě večer a dělala hluk až do pozdních hodin Parkoviště je poměrně úzké (i když se s tím dá pracovat)

Cons: The price is far too high for such quality. We paid €62 + €12 for the dogs. I believe it’s worth no more than €40 per night. The photos look nice, but the reality is quite different. As soon as you enter through the front door, there’s a terrible smell in the hallway, not ventilated at all. The room itself needs cleaning. Full of cobwebs and spiders, dusty, clearly not cleaned. The bedding should be replaced, the sheets are completely worn out. The worst thing was the smell!!! 🤮🤮 As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cooking oil. We understood that it must be from the shared ventilation system, as everything from other rooms’ kitchen hoods comes into ours. The bathroom smelled absolutely awful, we couldn’t even go in without feeling sick. The smell was very strong, absorbed into the walls and furniture. We kept the window open the whole time, but nothing helped. Sleeping here is only possible if you’re extremely tired and have no other option. 5/10 only because they allow dogs and you can check out via self-check-in.
