Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment

The decoration was gorgeous and the location quite convenient to reach the city centre. It felt a very unique experience. The host messaged me with clear instructions in advance

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. As it is located in an old building I woke up in the middle of the night from neighbours’ noise/voice (despite wearing earplugs). The street is quiet but the few cars that pass make a lot of noise. The kitchenware for cooking is limited and isn’t microwave proof (particularly the plates and mugs) which is a pity in an apartment/hotel.

Needs a deep clean. Found earwig in a pot, dead spider on window cill and dirty behind radiator. Was cold night and could not get heating to work

Cleaning lady obviously missed a few key points. Understood this hasn’t happened before, however, it did happen to us. Shower is very compact.

- lovely designed interior - Comfortable bed - Nespresso Coffee - a lot of windows for a good air circulation in summer - host always replied quickly

Good interior choice!

water leakage happened downstairs apartment around 1:30 at night the landlord came banging on our door and opened up our door with main key. it’s was an very scary and unpleasant happening.

The staircase from 1st floor to the apartment (only this one) is steep. It’s not comfortable to carry heavy or many baggage. Also difficult for elderly people. Toilet is small. Not much space.

It is ok for 2-3 nights.

The apartment is very close to the Grote Markt, in a quiet part of Gorinchem. The beds was very comfortable.

The toilet and shower are separatelly and are very small. No pictures of the bathroom on the website. Not even one window can be opened. No wardrobe.

A very different alternative to using a traditional hotel that is based in the heart of Gorinchem

A very unique and local feel. Great view and a very cosy feel in the evenings. Great walking distance to the local restaurants and shops. A highly reasonable price considering the space provided.

The toilet room had a very strong smell of sewage and the shower room is a very small space. A shower curtain does not prevent water from escaping the shower. The doors use old locking mechanisms which have to be manually locked again once you enter. There was no iron. Parking is a bit of a walk with luggage (though you can park outside temporarily to unload).

Heerlijk sfeervol aan niets ontbrekend verblijf

De accommodatie zat vrijwel in het centrum. Wij hadden de fiets bij ons, deze konden wij verder in de straat vastzetten aan fietsenrek. Wij moesten in de accommodatie met 1 smalle trap omhoog, wij hadden kamer 10. Uitgebreide keuken, zelfs met wasmachine en droger. Keukengerei ook aanwezig en een gedekte tafel. Het bed was hard maar sliep heerlijk. De ramen had verduisterende gordijnen dus we hebben heerlijk uit kunnen slapen. Koffie en thee was aanwezig in de accommodatie.

De douche. Klein en een dot zwarte haren ( ws van de vorige gebruikers) op het douche putje. Verder wel aan alles gedacht, luchtje, douchefris en shampoo, lagen op het plankje boven wasbak en föhn in het kastje eronder.

Locatie is top! En het zijn redelijk ruime appartmenten. Alhoewel de toiletten klein zijn.

Het was niet superschoon. Keuken was niet goed schoongemaakt. De tv in een appartement deed het niet.
