Olbia Center House

VOTO 10 E LODE. Se venite a olbia vi consiglio questa casa al 100% perche' e'tutto stupendo. Casa top (vicino al centro, alla stazione, alle fermate dell'autobus, ai bar, supermercati, ristoranti, ecc..) con tutto il necessario all'interno e anche oltre il necessario (abbiamo perfino trovato le ciabatte, gli spazzolini, le salviettine struccanti e cosa molto utile l'ombrellone e i teli per il mare). Casa grande anche con 2 terrazzi molto utili. LA LODE VA AL PROPRIETARIO MARCO: PERSONA MOLTO GENTILE E DISPONIBILE IN TUTTO (ci ha perfino portati al porto): GRAZIE ANCORA PER TUTTO MARCO!!!! TI MERITI COME VOTO 10 E LODE !!!!

It’s the best place you can stay in Olbia! The apartment has everything you will need for a relax vacation especially with a family. We travelled with a senior and a 2yo toddler, and we didn’t have any problems. There is a parking lot right in front of the house, you have different kinds of coffee maker, washing machine, essential kitchen tools and condiments. There are also beach towels, parasol, toothbrush, toothpaste and indoor slippers (which is very rare even for a 5star hotel!). Marco is also very nice and always available, he gives us useful tips and answers our messages quickly. He even left us beers, water, and fruits in the fridge.I highly recommend this place and will definitely boom it again!

Appartement bien placé, chambres spacieuses et lits confortables , vaisselle très correcte . Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la rue juste devant .

L'accueil chaleureux de Marco et sa disponibilité ont grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté impeccable et le confort de l'appartement, avec la climatisation dans chaque pièce, de nombreux rangements, et les deux écrans plats avec Netflix. Les petits balcons sont parfaits pour un café le matin, et le stationnement gratuit à proximité est un vrai atout pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture. En résumé, cet appartement est un excellent choix pour un séjour à Olbia. Le confort, la propreté, et surtout l'accueil attentionné de Marco font de cet endroit un lieu où l'on se sent bien, malgré les quelques inconvénients liés à la vie urbaine.

Même si on s'en est passé pendant notre séjour mais un micro-ondes et un grille-pain auraient été appréciés dans la cuisine pour plus de praticité notamment pour le petit-déjeuner. A noter, L'appartement est situé près de la via Aldo Moro, une rue passante, ce qui peut rendre les nuits assez bruyantes.
