Très bien situé en plein cœur de la caldeira, promenades à pied ou en vélo directement du logement, commerce à proximité, petites attentions disponibles à notre arrivée, bonne literie et linge de maison fourni...
Pas de vue, un peu juste sur les équipements de cuisine . Les vélos manquent d'entretien (impossible de passer les vitesses) et équipements du BBQ très sales. Pas de petit bois pour allumer. Une notice d'utilisation du chauffage serait nécessaire ( réversible sur pompe à chaleur) ...

It's a very good no nonsense house. Perfectly located very close to the center but on a side street. Fullly equipped. Comfy beds, very warm blankets, and the sleeping set up worked very well for us. Outdoor space just outside the entrance where you can sit even in bad weather. Pleasant meeting with the owner (yes, you meet the person who owns the house , it's not an intermediate company), we received a well thought through welcome goodies package, not random stuff like at some other places. There was paper and colours for kids, that kept them happy entire time there. Even bikes in the shed - an amazing extra. Though we only used them once, since the smallest bike was a hit too big for our youngest.
Not cheap, but it was still the second cheapest house in the town, so I guess it's a good value.
A bit cold in the house elsewhere than the living room where the heater is, also cold floor. Take some slippers.

Host was really nice, helpful and contact was proper. All required details regarding reservation received very fast, keys delivered to airport (!), very nice welcome gift and immediate reaction for problem with kitchen. Pretty surrounding, very nice outside place to sit and relax.
Details placed on booking were not true. During reservation it was clearly stated, that there are 2 bedrooms and living room: 1. bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa possible to sleep.
After arriving we confirmed: 1. bedroom with only single bed and in addition it was passage to bathroom (only one at the house, so at night you have to go over somebody's head, very inconvenient!) 2. bedroom is truly whole first floor without doors and with many beds 3. sofas in living room are not possible to sleep.
In configuration of people 2+1 we didn't have any possible way to locate us comfortably. As a result we took double mattress to living room, and our friend slept in space on first floor. We wouldn't rent this place with all true details shared on booking. It was the biggest disappointment in my booking history.
