We offer a well stocked and updated kitchen with 3 person breakfast bar, living/dining room, LG 55' flat panel TV(Roku), Nest controls and alerts, easy keypad entry, USB electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, sports and movie channels, and comfortable beds with crisp white linens and double sheeted blankets. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING DATES BEYOND 12 MONTHS OUT, PLEASE KNOW THAT THOSE RATES HAVE NOT BEEN SET. Please message host for accurate pricing beyond 12 months out. Guests required to register and sign house policies, minimum rental age is 27 verified with driver's license. Groups of unrelated guests for weddings are not allowed. 2 night minimum for weekends, 3 night minimum for UM graduation weekends, Thur/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun. Football weekends require a Friday and Saturday night minimum stay. Pets are not allowed, on property, even if contained.
