Our guests consistently comment on our cleanliness.. Our fully dedicated and completely renovated ranch is an easy walk to UM Stadium, less than a mile. Premium location with premium amenities. Convenient to shopping, markets, and downtown Ann Arbor. The sun-filled space includes 3 bedrooms (the house sleeps a maximum of 5), a beautiful and relaxing 4 season porch, a cozy tv/sports room, all purpose room, and a beautiful outdoor patio space. We offer a well stocked and updated kitchen with 3 person breakfast bar, living/dining room, LG 55' flat panel TV(Roku), Nest controls and alerts, easy keypad entry, USB electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, sports and movie channels, and comfortable beds with crisp white linens and double sheeted blankets. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING DATES BEYOND 12 MONTHS OUT, PLEASE KNOW THAT THOSE RATES HAVE NOT BEEN SET. Please message host for accurate pricing beyond 12 months out. Guests required to register and sign house policies, minimum rental age is 27 verified with driver's license. Groups of unrelated guests for weddings are not allowed. 2 night minimum for weekends, 3 night minimum for UM graduation weekends, Thur/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun. Football weekends require a Friday and Saturday night minimum stay. Pets are not allowed, on property, even if contained.

Our daughter graduated from the University of Michigan and we needed a place to stay that would be immensely comfortable given our busy 3 days of activity. What a relief to stay here. It was cozy, quiet and easy for us. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. We hope to come back again before too long!

This property was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway of four dear friends. There were several spaces that provided just the right atmosphere for conversation and connection. We especially enjoyed the indoor/outdoor room.
The home was thoughtfully supplied and uniquely decorated. It is a gem.
