The property owner is attempting to charge us the maximum 750 damage deposit to replace an entire room with new carpet.We did accidentally spill a cup of coffee on the carpet, and followed her instructions on how to deal with the spill.

Our daughter graduated from the University of Michigan and we needed a place to stay that would be immensely comfortable given our busy 3 days of activity. What a relief to stay here. It was cozy, quiet and easy for us. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. We hope to come back again before too long!

I cannot say enough about this house, we loved it! We rented this property for the OSU v Michigan game and it was exactly what we needed. Convenient to the Big House and all of downtown, restaurants and the UofM. The owners have clearly thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, high end bedding and adequate space. Several living areas to watch tv and the basement was awesome with a cozy spot to hang out and even indoor corn hole. The owners were helpful, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! We will be back! A+++

This was our third stay at this property and it was another awesome experience!! We find this home to be super comfortable/cozy, clean, and very convenient to access all that Ann Arbor has to offer! The hosts couldn’t be nicer and go out of their way to make sure each stay is smooth from start to finish…extra touches make the experience perfect! We spent a winter weekend in this home (2 adults, 1 college student, 2 teens) to enjoy time back in Ann Arbor, including a hockey and basketball game. The house is walking distance from MI Stadium and close to shopping. It was extremely clean, well decorated, everything was clearly labelled and well organized. Carol accessible and responsive and provided a lot of resources/recommendations (attractions, restaurants, etc.). There was a beautiful sun porch and backyard area (that the weather didn't allow us to use); games, including corn hole; multiple TVS; full kitchen; comfortable beds. Beds all on the main level. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this charming home! We were in town for the Michigan football game, but it was sooo cold we left stadium early and were thrilled to have the option to thaw out and watch the last quarter on tv. So many thoughtful touches in this home, from VERY well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen, to fresh donuts waiting upon our arrival. Beds and linens were fantastic too! And while the house isn’t big, the charming finished basement and sunporch gives a group lots of room to spread out. (Backyard looked really cute too; would be great to stay here in decent weather, and walk to game!) Thanks so much Carol; we hope to be back!

Dave and Carol are amazing! The attention to detail in the house was wonderful. Extremely comfortable king bed. Great kitchen! We were here to help my son and daughter in-law with their new baby. Cooked a lot of big meals here. There is a wonderful finished basement for watching games or movies. We weren’t able to take advantage of that this time. But next time we will . We will definitely stay here again.
