This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance.

This single-family ranch-style home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive to all things Ann Arbor.

The home was recently updated with a simple and clean design in mind, featuring new vinyl flooring, paint, decorations, and kitchen appliances. The three upstairs bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds which together can comfortably sleep six guests. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen, a small living space, and an additional full bath. In the upstairs living/dining area, you will find tons of natural light! Enjoy a cup of coffee out from on the porch at the coffee table. All the upstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those who have problems getting around.

Additionally, guests are welcome to pass through the garage and enjoy the private backyard space featuring a BBQ grill, a firepit with lawn chairs, and a grass area for fun and games!

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Ann Arbor. Family of four and we needed a place to recoup as we had a loved one undergo major surgery at the hospital that week. It was wonderful to come back to a nice home and be able to relax and take our mind off things. The house was clean and well stocked with all necessities that we needed.

My family and I stayed here while my mom had surgery at U of M. Needless to say it was a stressful time, but the house provided a bit of peace while we navigated everything. The house is super cute and comfy, and close it literally everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and had a ton of people walking/ running during the day. The projector wasn’t available while we were there, but the upstairs TV was enough for us. Jordan was great and super helpful with questions. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time shopping for National Championship Michigan Wolverine’s gear and also golfing at a few local courses. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard along with our dogs. Overall a nice place to stay.

The house was clean and cool (in a heat wave). The kitchen was not as completely outfitted as we usually see in vrbos, but adequate. ( didn't find a corkscrew, bottle opener).

We enjoyed staying at this property to attend my niece's graduation party. It was affordable for our family of 6 with plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom, move around in the kitchen, and sit down together in the various areas of the house and outside. The location is very close to the Big House and downtown so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the kids could play in the front yard or backyard without any worry. The host checked in with us during over visit to make sure we were getting along well. We'd pick this over a hotel room any day of the week!

We had a memorial for my father who taught at the U of M. We had family from all over the country attend. Weather was brutal cold but the lodging was spacious, clean and comfortable. We played board games we brought and had a few family meals. Would definitely recommend this place if you need lots of sleeping rooms.
