Fantastic location, really lovely courtyard around the rooms. Mine faced out to the street and was cozy and comfortable.

This is a lovely, quaint family run guesthouse in a fantastic location. It is charming and decorated with old style textiles. I had actually booked for a private bathroom but had a shared rather oddly set up bathroom, but that was alright, and the bed was actually comfortable, not hard, with a thin quilt rather than the heavy winter style quilts in most places which are way too hot. But most of all the staff: especially Nazira, are lovely and so kind and friendly. It was quiet despite being a minute's walk from the pool.

Fantastic location right next to the Labi Hovuz. Beautiful building with a tree in the middle of the yard. Arrived late and was kindly greeted and led to my room. It felt more like staying in someone’s private house rather than a hotel which gave it a unique atmosphere. They really make you feel welcome and breakfast was lovely too.
There doesn’t seem to be a sign outside the hotel so just walk through the big black double doors and you’re in the yard.

I absolutely loved this property! From the warm welcome with tea, pastries and fruit to the beautiful inner courtyard, everything felt so welcoming and homelike. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially loved the traditional cultural details on the second floor. The location is unbeatable - just next to Ayvan restaurant and only a couple of minutes from Lyabi-Hauz and its many shops. Absolutely charming!
Honestly, I found very little to dislike! The room is simple, but for the price it is absolutely comfortable, clean and has all the necessary facilities. Everything else was wonderful, especially the beautiful courtyard, lovely atmosphere and fantastic location. For me, the property offered exactly what I was looking for during my stay in Bukhara.
