Hotel Guest House GOLDEN DEGREZ

Excellent stay, owners are very kind and helpful, spacious bedroom, good shower, very nice breakfast, biggest portion of breakfast on our trip around Uzbekistan, fully recommend

W pierwszym dniu coś nie odpaliło, ale gospodarze nadrobili to w kolejnym dniu.

It's nice place, and hosts are friendly and polite. They recommend us some good local places where we found good traditional dishes. It's right in the center of Buhara, like when you go out you are already in the heart of the city, and everything from there is walkable distance to all atractions. Breakfast was very good. Water pressure in bathroom was also good.

When we have arrived, the girl that was working there asked as for double more many than price on booking. I showed her the price from booking and she said that that's only for one night, and I showed her on booking that it's written for two nights. Then she said it's just for one person, and then I again had to show her details from booking app, I also had to write to the customer's service. Then she said come take a look at the room, unpack your things and later we'll agree on everything. I didn't accept that and when I was just about to find another booking and go somewhere else, they agreed on the price from booking. I don't know if they made mistake on app or they just tried to get more money of they could. I can't be sure. We also had included breakfast, but they didn't tell us anything about that, I also sent a message to ask if we have a breakfast or not and I didn't get a reply. Next morning when we were about to go out we saw that breakfast was served for us. I don't know why we had to go through all this experience, but expect this, everything else was fine. P.S. They should change the curtain in bathroom as it's very dirty and can't be washed anymore.

Отличное расположение, без проблем с подъездом для автомобиля.

Просьба быть повнимательнее к функционированию санузлов и освещения.
