I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fatima in Bukhara. The location was perfect, the hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what really made my stay special was the people working there.
First, I want to give a huge thank you to Olim, the manager, as well as Mirjahon and Muzaffar. All three of them were always there whenever I had a question or needed help with anything. I was traveling through Bukhara by myself and hadn’t booked any tour guides or trip coordinators, but they constantly gave me advice and recommendations and made sure I knew where to go so I could see the best sites and get the most out of my time in the city. I never felt like I was completely on my own.
One thing that especially stood out happened on my final night. Only about four hours before my 5 AM train, I realized I was going to have an issue getting a Yandex that early in the morning. Olim and Mirjahon went completely out of their way to make sure I had reliable transportation and got to the train station on time. That kind of hospitality means a lot, especially when you’re traveling alone in another country and suddenly have a problem in the middle of the night.
The staff at Hotel Fatima made me feel like much more than just another hotel guest. They genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience in Bukhara, not just a great stay at their hotel. I’m extremely grateful to Olim, Mirjahon and Muzaffar for everything they did for me and would absolutely recommend Hotel Fatima to anyone visiting Bukhara. I would happily stay here again!

It's hard to say anything negative about the hotel, as it is clean, new and very central. However, I do think that for the price, it may have been slightly disappointing as the room was a bit too dark, and the lighting felt very cheap and not as tasteful as it looked in the pictures.

Fatima Hotel felt like a home away from home. Besides all facilities one expects from hotel, their staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Shout-out to Olim, Jahon & Muzaffar for their incredible service with smile. Will definitely recommend this hotel!
