The location and the views, our apartment was great
Locks needed on public toilets, no plug in the kitchen sink. Both pool barmen were uninterested in customer service, miserable, no atmosphere, music would enhance experience. However staff in reception, housekeeping and restaurant were excellent

The food was amazing, the view was incredible and the it is conveniently located. Sara from reception was exceptional. All the kitchen staff were amazing.

Location, very nice view! Close to the shops and restaurants.
The unusual way of getting in and out of the hotel or to the breakfast area! Taking 2 different elevators (often crowded). Parking your car is quite a challenge. Small place and almost on top of each other🙄
Also checking after 13:00 does not make sense. Either state 14:00 or 15:00 or don’t mention 13:00. People traveling from far hoping to get in at 13:00, rooms often not ready!
