Great place for family stay

Great place for a family stay. All amenities available for a great stay, comfortable space for the entire family and great location just a short stroll away from all shops, restaurants and beaches. Great communication with host and tips about the area.

Lovely flat right in the centre of Sestri Levante

The place was beautiful, really well kept with a fantastic terrace. And the host was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of towels including beach towels and a washing machine. Nice touches like milk, juice and biscuits left for us on arrival and coffee and tea supplied.

I would have liked to have a living room rather than dining room as the main room. It wasn't a surprise as it was clear from the photos but I felt that the property is lacking a communal area to lounge around. Again no surprise but it was a bit odd to have the only shower in the property in the main bedroom. I'd have also liked more light in the bathroom, but the positives far outweigh any negatives!

Clean, spacious apartment with fantastic terrace in a great location!

The apartment was clean, spacious, well located and had a fantastic large terrace with a washing machine!

The steps were numerous and very steep. We planned our time outside the apartment to avoid doing the steps more than 2-3 times/day. Stefano, our host, was very kind, allowed us to check in early and even carried our large suitcase up the stairs! While apartment had more than one bedroom, only the primary bed was made up. One night I went to another bedroom to avoid disturbing my husband with my coughing, but the bed had no sheets. It was also a little strange having the shower in the bedroom. I had to wait for my husband to wake up in order to shower. The bathroom, however, was very large and had a tub and hand shower.

Centrally located, huge apartment with the greatest host

Huge apartment with three bedrooms and a lovely terrace. We loved having our breakfast there in the morning and a chilled glass of wine in the evenings. Best of all was the amazing host Stefano who even drove our luggage from the train station. The apartment is perfectly located. Surrounded by restaurants and sitting between the beaches. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

A minor point, but he may like to know that 2 of the gas burners didn't work. This did not affect our enjoyment of the whole at all. It was a wonderful location, and a flat with character, and a beautiful terrazza. This was a winning combination

The host Stefano was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a large comfortable bed and all facilities available. The apartment is very modern and appealing to all age groups. A very clean and comfortable stay.

Thoroughly lovely apartment in a beautiful town

Extremely clean apartment. Brilliant, central ocation close to the Bay of Silence, the train station and local ferry pick up/ drop off. Lots of extras providrd such as use of washing machine. NETFLIX, beach towels and more. Friendly owner who communicated regularly and kindly met us at the train station. Air con was extremely effective. I loved the terrace which had a canopy that could provide shade when required. Stylish decor throughout. Town is a perfect base to explore the region

One of the smaller bedrooms doesn't have aircon, which meant 1 of my children struggled to sleep in the August heat. We would have like a settee in the living room ideally so we could relax together as a family, rather than splitting off into bedrooms when we wanted some downtime. We knew about the steep stairs so we're prepared but they will not suit everyone.

Great apartments at excellent location in the city downtown. 5 minutes to the beach

Great location, clean rooms, a lot of space, easy check in/out. Great balcony. Great host

Steps but we know about before checking so not problems. Problems with throwing garbage, you need to walk with garbage bag like 10-15 minutes. Parking is a problem. Thee street is noisy but for us it is ok.

Location, location, location: inner-city, close to the beach Very friendly host. Great Appartement. Fantastic patio. Stairs are not a problem, as there are stable handrails on both sides.

Location:-) Despite isolated windows and being on 3rd floor, you do hear the street noise well. Should not be a problem for most guests, but if you are noise sensitive you should be aware of this fact.

Gorgeous appartment!

The appartment was as beautiful as on the pictures what is almost never the case. It’s big, beautiful and you will never find a cleaner place. Stefano is very friendly, helpful and on time. The location is perfect in the heart of the historic centre. And though in a busy shopping street ypu hardly hear streetnoise once you are in the appartment. There is a lovely, well decorated terrace at the back of the appartement with a stunning view over the hills. I whole heartly reccommend this beautiful appartment!

Huoneisto oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Talo sijaitsi kävelykadun varrella vanhassa keskustassa n. 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asemalta. Ympärillä oli kosolti hyviä ravintoloita ja molemmat rannat olivat kivenheiton päässä. Asuntoon johti pitkät portaat, eikä se siksi sovellu liikuntarajoitteiselle. Viihtyisä terassi. Kaikki toimi loistavasti ja isäntämme oli ystävällinen ja valmis auttamaan tarvittaessa. Hänelle kiitos hyvästä viinistä ja vinkeistä.

Luxusapartment in Altstadt

die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Altstadt.im 3. stock in der Hauptgasse. Sie ist sehr gross mit hohen Räumen. die Küche ist gross genug um für Freunde zu kochen.salz, tee kaffee und zucker ist da. der Jacuzi im Badezimmer war echt nett beim Regenwetter. es hat 2 Abstellräume mit Verbrauchsmaterial. z.b. wc papier. Die Terasse ist mit Liegestühlen und Pflanzen ruhig gegen die Rückseite.

Nachts hört man die zahlreichen Menschen in der Gasse immer wieder.
