Wonderful apartment in Sestri Levante - highly recommended

Large beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Sestri Levante, with easy access to beaches and restaurants. Paola is very friendly and provided many useful recommendations. The apartment is stocked with everything you might need. Bed is very comfortable. Multi-room air-conditioning works very well. The dedicated garage (available for extra fee) is very conveniently located.

We liked everything, but be aware that the apartment is on an upper floor, the elevator is slow, and there is another flight of stairs at the top.

Amazing place to stay

Everything was perfect. Very warm welcome from friendly hosts who make you feel at home. Amazing location, right in the center next to shops and restaurants. It is easy to reach the train station and beach is just a few steps away

First of all, the space is perfect for a family of 4 and the location is exactly where anyone would want to be in Sestri. Vittoria is a world class host who ensured we had any questions answered and she went so far above expectations to stock the apartment with food, drinks, and everything we needed for a week at the beach.

Unforgettable stay in Sestri Levante

Extremely welcoming and pleasant hosts, they even prepared 'welcome' and 'goodbye' gifts! The apartment has everything you need and more Central location in the heart of Sestri Parking garage (with the power outlet, so I could charge my car)

The elevator was very slow, so we only used the stairs The shower had a slow water flow, and the bathroom ventilation was poor

Our most beautiful vacation so far and a big part is because of our hosts, the most friendly and nice people I have met. The apartment it's very nice, everything and everywhere smells heavenly, it feels like home from the first minutes. I can only recommend with all my heart!❤️🤗

Great host a in central location

Paolo is really a caring host and she is making sure the stay is going beyond your expectations on the housing. The appartement is offering all services. The beds are all very comfortable. This central location makes it a great deal but on top of all a real Italian Ligurian experience .

Staying at 1919 was a blessing.

Staying at 1919 was like staying at the home of your most thoughtful friend. Every detail was remembered and more - numerous drinks & snacks, toiletry items, a proper hair dryer (thank you!), laundry soap, drying rack, clothes pins to hang outdoors, and iron. The owners were very quick to respond and were so helpful and kind! The location was fabulous for going south to Cinque Terra and north to Portofino. There are lots of great restaurants, bakeries, and gelato shops just steps away.

Centrally located, spacious apartment with lots of extras

The host is very responsive and kindly provided many extra amenities…lots of delicious treats, drinks, toiletries, etc. The apartment is spacious with lovely views over the rooftops to the sea. It’s located in the middle of the main street in the seaside village. We walked to the apartment from the train station in about 10 minutes. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet at night.

The walk up the stairs with heavy luggage or groceries is a bit challenging. The shower is tiny.

Great stay, I recommend

- Amazing hospitality, welcome treats(Prosecco, limoncello end other Italian goodies), small gifts for the kid, very responsive and nice host - Sparkling clean, really irreproachable, I’d say maniac clean - Very well equipped appartement, you find everything you want and more than that - Excellent value for money

- The only negative point is the bathroom that needs a complete upgrade. Very poor water pressure, extremely difficult to regulate the water temperature for the shower and the bidet. Personally I’m not a big fan of the sower curtains, i find it not very hygienic. I’d prefer to pay for the appartement a few thousand euros more and have a more comfortable bathroom.

A lovely comfortable central quiet apartment

Comfortable beds and very well equipped, although in the middle of the town it was very quiet. The location was in fact perfect. There was a pleasant vue over the rooftops to the sea. The owners were very nice and helpful, generous too, leaving bits and pieces for us to eat on arrival. I would definitely return there.

There was nothing I didn’t like but it is up 4 flights of stairs and they are high so more like 5 or even 6. It was no problem for us and we are 60 and over. It may be a little hot in the rooms as the air conditioning is in the hall.

The perfect place to spend a family holiday in Sestri Levante

Just about everything! But above all, the attention to detail and hospitality of the owners were exceptional. So many small things, from design to utilities (including food and a bottle of home made limoncino!), this place just made us feel at home.

Just book it

Freshly renovated, new furnitures, in the heart of Sestri Levante, one of the best apartment in town. Taste, elegance, little touches, super toiletries (more than in a hotel). Fruits and local products available at the arrival. The host is amazing and very professional. The Apartement is silent and offering different views on the city and to the sea.

No elevator. But this is everywhere if you stay in the historical area.

Great vacation

This was one of the best Appartment we ever had! The Appartment was a dream! We got lots of food when we arrived late and even little presents for the kids as it was carneval time. The fridge was filled with for example fresh pizza, milk, beer, Joghurt...we were overwhelmed and the owners are very nice people and helpful! On a rainy day they even gave us playstuff for the boys:) As we arrived during the Corona Virus Periode they even gave us desinfection.... We will definetly come again someday :) Thanks from all us 4 and stay healthy

Exceptional

Loved, loved, loved it! The personal service - the owners are fantastic, very accommodating and welcoming. The location in the center if everything -restaurants, shops, beach. The flat is fantastic - high ceiling, beautiful views, the old beautiful furniture is to die for. The flat is super comfortable for families, nice layout and very clean. It’s a walk up, so you will also will get your steps in every day 😜. We loved it, so will highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Great apartment in the middle of everything

We loved the location in the centre of the town. Close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. In the house it was quiet and you didn’t hear any noise from the street. The Tomiani family did a great job in decorating the apartment: there’s a really nice atmosphere in the house which makes you feel at home. Furthermore the apartment is well equiped with everything you need and more: like beach towels, mosquito spray, food and drinks in the fridge and even a small present for our kids! We really recommend this place!!

Gute Unterkunft, aber Fragen an die Gastgeberin.

+ Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. + Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht - bis hin zu kleinen Details wie Strandsonnenschirme und Strandtücher. + Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. + Die Wohnung bietet außerdem sehr viel Platz. + Klimaanlage

- Die Dusche (alter Duschvorhang und unregelmäßiger Wasserdruck). - Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock mit einer steilen Treppe (für uns war das kein Nachteil, aber nicht jeder wird dort leicht hinaufkommen, da der Aufzug nicht bis ganz nach oben fährt). - Es war vereinbart, dass wir unser Gepäck für ein paar Stunden in der Wohnung lassen können. Als wir zurückkamen, fanden wir jedoch unsere Koffer im Treppenhaus - was ich für inakzeptabel halte. - Außerdem stellte sich heraus, dass die Müllentsorgung den Gästen überlassen wird. Für mich ist das merkwürdig, da die Endreinigung im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Appartamento in pieno carruggio, pulito, molto curato e comodissimo!!

Tutto, dalla disponibilità dei proprietari alle piccole attenzioni nell’arredare gli spazi e i dettagli dell’appartamento. Perfino le pizzette e focaccine di benvenuto, una gentilezza del tutto inaspettata! Siamo rimasti davvero molto colpiti favorevolmente, ci torneremo!

La gent.ma Sig.ra Paola ci ha accolto con pizzette e focaccia per darci il benvenuto con estrema cordialità e gentilezza. La casa è in una posizione meravigliosa in pieno centro e a 2 passi dal mare. È arredata in modo strepitoso ed è dotata veramente di tutto e anche di più . Devo ammettere che è molto difficile trovare una location dii questo livello. Ci siamo sentite veramente a casa Grazie di tutto e speriamo di poterci rivedere Cinzia

Nuestra estadia en el 1919 supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas.

La ubicacion es perfecta, en una calle peatonal comercial , a 150 metros del mar y cercana a la Bahia del Silencio. Proxima a la estacion de tren , de hecho llegamos caminando desde alli. Desde Sestri Levante visitamos por tren Cinque Teŕre y Santa Margarita Ligure. Tambien realizamos una navegacion a la Abadia de San Fructuoso y Portofino , el mueĺle donde se embarca queda proximo al departamento. Un aparte merece nuestra Super Host Paola ella nos recibio con calidez y empatia , explicandonos en detalle el funcionamiento del apartamento y nos brindo consejo y apoyos muy utiles para hacer inolvidable nuestra estadia. Ademas fue muy generosa con provisiones para nuestra estadia. EL apartamento es muy comodo y esta super equipado con todo lo que un turista puede necesitar . Las vistas son muy buenas y las camas confortables. Tiene excelente agua caliente y aire acondiconado.

Nada nos causo disgusto , todo fue de acuerdo a lo expresado en la pagina de Booking y supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Lo volveriamos a rentar y sin duda lo recomendariamos a amigos que visiten la region.

Bellissimo appartamento dove non manca davvero nulla

L'appartamento si trova in una zona pedonale, centrale e vicino a tutto. La posizione è davvero bella. Ma quello che mi ha stupito di più è l'attenzione al dettaglio e che davvero non mancava nulla. Ho apprezzato tantissimo che erano molto attrezzati anche per i bambini piccoli. Dal bavaglino, alle stoviglie e posate, giochi, culla, vaschetta, seggiolone.... non mancava davvero nulla. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e non vediamo l'ora di tornare :)
