The chalet and the swimming pool also kids club.
The Diner as food was slow, items missed and orders got lost, orders arrived wrong.

We were in a superb spot on the site with lots of greenery and friendly families! It was away from the louder entertainment area too. The chalet was spotless!

Really enjoyed our stay. Is a brilliant site, like going back in time, but in a very good way. Accomodation is very clean, comfortable and homely, has everything you need. The site has great pools, very good food , very friendly staff and exceptional entertainment, very talented staff. Very nice people on site, no yobs and quiet, with beach and all facilities 5 minute walk away. Will definitely visit dawlish warren again.
The only thing that wasn't perfect is shower ,went hot and cold and low pressure, but may be the shared water on site, a small thing and won't stop giving a top rating. There are showers anyway on site in pool area etc anyway. But pribably needs looking at. Very nice hosts and good comms and enabled us to arrive early.
