Clean and comfortable. Location is good for access to the Lagodekhi Protected Area, specifically hike to Black Grouse Waterfall
Location was a long way from the centre of Lagodekhi to get something to eat, shops, & bus. I made the mistake of asking for breakfast but not asking how much it was. I was shocked on paying to find it was 30 lari. There was a lot of it, in fact way too much, and even though I asked to be given much less, this didn't happen.

Nice room, private bathroom (turns out this is a major eliminator in Lagodekhi), fridge in the room, nice terrace. Could park the motorcycle inside the yard.
Kitchen use is a subject of an additional fee (10 GEL) - this includes some basic and also worn utensils and nothing more - and I don't recall reading this in the description of the property.
