Good central location. More or less clean. We used it for short stay and it was perfect.
Old, dated nothing fancy or luxury but price reflects this.

relatively quiet despite the fact that it is in the partying area of the city. staff did not speak any english, which made communication rather challenging at times, though they did attend to my requests (extra blanket, etc) Very good location if you don't mind a bit of noise during the night.
Could have been a bit cleaner and it is a bit a tired. The bathroom is rather small, so if you want something more pleasant, bigger and cleaner it is not for you.
