The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a package delivered there with no difficulties at all.

Very nice staff, great location. Seconds from the promenade (tourist street). Close to downtown and shopping areas. Lots of great restaurants around. Night life streets were close by but we were not disturbed by noises at night. Large rooms.
Humid bathroom. (We were on the top floor) Pleasantly surprised really.

stairwell lights off if you leave after a certain time is quite unsafe.
